Frankie & Benny's in Highland

Lovely food but the service was outstanding. We went into a chicken restaurant next door (wont name names Nando’s) and got completely ignored. Went into Frankie & Bennys and the staff were 10/10. Could not be more helpful if they tried and were a good laughs highly recommend this place. Will be back.

Great place for a meal with family and friends staff are lovely! Great place for a birthday meal they will bring out ur cake and place birthday song and all the staff get involved in wishing u a happy birthday! Food is amazing

Just had a fantastic meal for a catch-up with my family. My only issue is the spicy sausage and meatballs wasn't particularly spicy, but apart from that it was excellent.Our waiter was a lovely chatty gentleman from Poland, who had been in Scotland for 16 years. He was friendly and very good at his job, if he was any faster he'd have teleported. Excellent.

Visited on Friday 25th Feb. Busy but booked a table half an hour later. The front of house team leader was spot on with her service and service at the table from Monika and Tracey was perfect. Chatty and informative but not intrusive..These 3 members of staff are a credit to this establishment. Good luck to Tracey with her up coming nuptials.

It is what it is; Frankie & Benny's. But the extra miles for the staff at Inverness Retail Park site as they were all brilliant. Happy, polite and helpful they were all fantastic, from the welcome to the cheerio. Special shout to Monika for her wonderful attentive but suitably distant service.

- The staff is so lovely, kind and helpful.- The wings were yummy.- The fully loaded potato skins were OK to good but I expect them to be so yummmmmmmmmmmy- The Chicken & Prawns Alfredo was OK but I will not order it again. Its sauce was liquid and light (not semi think) and not tasty. The chicken was so so so small 😕Overall if I come again, I willonly order the sticky chicken wings.

Good food, atmosphere, and helpful staff. I ordered the Dirty Dog for my main with sweet potato upgrade, and to drink I tried the Strawberry cloudy lemonade which was strong but very nice, and also a (very) large coke.The seats, table, etc were very clean and no issues in the toilets either. Safety dividers throughout too.Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal out.

Always a great meal here!Gluten and Soya free dishes available, nice to be asked if you have dietary requirements before you're seated. The greeter & servers are always polite and helpful.Toilets were clean, felt safe dining here during Covid times. Outside tables are great on a sunny day!Highly recommended the gluten free cheeseburger and the gluten free apple pie.

Food are delicious, we are very full after eating, nice open kitchen and staffs are very friendly

We visited for an early lunch (no reservation but I'd recommend at peak times).There staff were lovely, very family friendly. The menu has good choices available for children and ample vegan options.Pictured - vegan Not Dog, children's mac and cheese, one of the 'healthy' pizza option s, and vegan loaded skins.The light option pizza was a little disappointing flavour and base wise but everything else was lovely.
