5 stars for the cafe. Great food and coffee. Curried cauliflower and chickpea pasty was amazing. The people were really friendly too. We'll work the trip after a visit to the Faerie Pools.

Crowded campsite. Website says approx 120 pitches but must have been at least double this. People pitching don't seem to consider where they are pitching and traffic coming on/off campsite all through the night. Only 4 toilets for the whole site and bins overflowing. If your looking for just a place to put your head down for the night it's fine, but if your looking for more tranquility and less crowds this wouldn't be the place. Lovely beachfront though.

Fantastic campsite. The location is stunning, absolutely incredible. Hiking, climbing, swimming, coffee and cake- all direct from the campsite. The people who run the site are lovely, friendly, helpful, cheerful and have set things up really well. We were there for a busy jubilee weekend and it didn't feel over crowded even though the place was full. The only way to tell was that the bins were overflowing. The site owners do their absolute best to provide for recycling and waste...I just wish that more people would make an effort to help make it work. But that's not the fault of the site. The toilets and showers are great and cleaned regularly.Thank you for providing such an incredible place to stay.

What a fun campsite! Had an absolute blast with the family and met some other nice families too....sunsets and beers with a killer view. Just loved it.Times like this you can overlook some small things so not going to give a star less just for next time please do note checks on the facilities and keep them a bit cleaner and stock up on loo roll!!Till next time :)

Lovely setting, extremely exposed so they are careful not to take money for too many nights in a row as loads of people depart when the weather turns foul. Toilets and showers very modern and well cared for. Right on the beach and right below the cullin ridge, very handy for adventuring. Shop does nice pastries and coffee, hot chocolate on constant heat. Shop is set up more for tourists, does not have the usual things a camper requires. Meat and veg would be difficult, obviously, but there are loads of non perishable groceries that they could stock.

Good campsite, that does a lot of things right.pros: fantastic location and views, good price, flexible and friendly management, facilities kept very clean despite heavy traffic, good coffee shop and produce.Cons: can get very crowded, not enough toilet/shower capacity depending on time of the year.I will go back for sure! but not in bank/school holidays. Please note there is no network/wifi connectivity so you will be completely disconnected (which is great!)

If you want to wake up to unspoilt views of Skye this is the place. It is very out-of-the-way but that I think adds to the appeal. Same goes for its lack of any type of signal (phone box on site if you need the outside world) but again adds to the appeal. Amazing little cafe and shop, fresh pastries in the morning is a nice touch. Shower block is at the far end, great for keeping the views unobstructed in all directions but a little trek for some pitches. The toilet block wasn't perfectly clean but it was quite busy so not going to hold that against them. Either way I would highly recommend to anyone!

Lovely place, first come first serve basis which is ideal. Amazing coffee and muffins and fresh pastry too. Facilities are great, hot showers and immaculately cleaned. No phone signal but who needs that with cracking views. Can't wait to come back.

Huge campsite, friendly staff in the reception/cafe area. Coffee and cakes etc available daily. Amazing views all around, even on a dull day. Clean toilets and showers, only downside is depending on where you camp it can be quite a walk to the toilet block. Toilets open to everyone, showers are for campers only and are accessed with a code.

Stayed for a few days on my trip around Skye, definitely my favorite campsite. The landscape is beyond mesmerizing, no phone signal makes for a great social media break. The only small con is, depending on where you have your parking spot, the bathrooms and dish washing area can be quite far. But for me, it's not a big disadvantage. Definitely consider staying there if you're on Skye :))
