Very clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast. Very amenable host

Loved it!!!! The room was beautiful with everything you could want or need. The bed was fantastically comfortable ... Didn't want to get out of it for breakfast but I'm glad I did because the food is fabulous. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The town is only a few minutes walk away with plenty of everything and although you are close by you are not disturbed late at night by any noise. Lovely place can't wait to visit again

Impossible to fault. Clean, comfortable, well appointed room with excellent en suite. Great food, pleasant helpful staff and easy parking.

Great room, great food good staff, very clean, staff coming in between 6.30 and 7am need to learn to close a door without banging.

Lovely hotel. Great Scottish breakfast. Spent 2 nights here in a beautiful four poster room with a shower you only dream about. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Another time for sure.

Arrived here, checked in and went upto the room (room 6) the room was not the room that was advertised, it was a very low ceiling and a sky roof , whici the bed was under so you cannot even sit up in the bed. The bathroom had no shower curtain , the view was of someone's roof. Location is terrible and busy, not what it looks like on the photo either. Television were very old , not really sure what I paid £81 pound for. (Which I have not got back )I called the reception and asked for a diferent room they said they did not have ANY. I then half hour later went to leave the property and the manager , the woman said she cant give me a refund as the money was through booking.com or she would of. She then offered me another room conveniently as I was leaving , more or so the same but bigger bed, but still very small no shower curtain and the facilities were terrible. She also said don't worry I can't force you to take this room, I was already annoyed at the fact I had paid for a room and got the first one which I did not like and was NOT worth the money , I did not want to stay in another room. We ended up staying at the jury's Inn for almost half the price and rooms where exceptional. Very poor service , I did not stay the night so should get a refund , the Room that night was also booked up so they can't say they lost money. Terrible place to stay do not waste your money which is exactly what you will be doing.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Scotland Honeymoon and couldn't recommend it enough. The rooms are very clean and spacious and had a great shower! Comes with a delicious breakfast and convenient parking. Customer service was great, staff couldn't do enough, Bar area is lovely with a large selection. Would definitely recommend and will be back when we revisit the area!

Very pleasant staff. Lunch time menu limited but that maybe due to coming out of lock down. What I had was okay but not spectacular. Car park is small but convenient and has a barrier to ensure only patrons use it

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice within the last twelve months for four nights each time. The staff are very helpful and friendly. the hotel is very clean and kept to a high standard. the restaurant serves good well presented food. The hotels location gives good opportunities to explore Inverness, also Inverness is an idea place to explore the Highlands as it is at the narrow part of Scotland so it is not far to the west coast and Northern Scotland. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Second visit for us, and as with our first it was a 5* experience. Staff are warm and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious, fish was fresh and so tasty, chicken stuffed with haggis was amazing. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!
