horrible costumer service. I and one girl were waiting in the queue and we soon had to leave for the train. I asked multiple times to the main server HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE and she kept ignoring me. we went straight away. not gonna get food from nasty ignorant old staff and the place is just dodgy

Ordered a cod supper and a haddock supper, got frozen fish that was not fresh. Chips tasted of fat that was needing changed, thick gloopy batter and not worth £9 each. When I asked which was the cod got told eh I don't know by the woman serving. This place is not worth the visit nor money. Don't just go here because it's next to the train station, go along the road to the right and get a much better supper at the sit in or take away place nearby.

The best fish and chips in West Coast!!The batter was excellent!! Crispy and tasty, fish was fresh as it has just jumped from the sea straight in the fryer, chips were delicious and not soggy at all. Couldn't even take a picture of the fish as we didn't resist the amazing smell of it and ate it in two seconds. Highly recommended 👌You can also sit on the bench in the harbour and enjoy the view while eating. Definitely coming back.

I took my family to experience the Harry Potter train. We grabbed takeout from here before the train. The rest of my trip to Great Britain I used this as the yard stick of Fish and Chips. I tried a few other places, but this was the best. I still think about it 6 years later.

Must be the slowest chip shop in the world, the time to get food took an absolute age, very expensive chip shop preying on tourists. For the amount of tourist that come to Mallaig daily on the steam train, preparation could have been alot better.Staff not welcoming at all, atmosphere more akin to a morgue than a food establishment.

Good chips, good scampi, good fish and great batter. Small portions for price. Fish cake was disappointing as £3.50 for a frozen cake... I'd assumed would be a homemade one especially being at the sea. Good service. Good covid safety.

·

Take away fish and chips for 2,generous portions lovely crispy batter perfectly cooked chips, and affordable prices, me and my son enjoyed them very much, very clean and friendly, so definitely recommend.

A little place just next to the Mallaig station. Had calamari&chips supper instead of traditional fish&chips; big portion, calamari were crisp and chips well done - i really enjoyed it. Covid 19 rules in place. Can get a bit busy before Jacobite departure.

Good crisp, tasty portions of chips. Just right fi a clod wet September Evening ! The shop is able to accommodate about 30 people sitting on bar stools. Looked clean and tidy, prompt service despite being very busy and very friendly staff. Our ESN support bear(Ruaridh) loved his portion too!
