Great Dog friendly cafe, in fact the only dog friendly cafe we found in Inverness, where you can actually sit inside with a dog. Food was great and very reasonable prices

Excellent service staff wonderful. It gets very busy on Saturday but the food is fantastic. Eat in take out or delivery service. Right next to the canal so you can watch the boats go past. xx

Great place to refuel, recommended to us by a Network Rail employee at the swing bridge. Super scones - see pic!

Nice cosy and friendly eatery. Food was delicious. We ordered a scone each as well, but they were enormous and defeated us in the end, we could only eat half so took the other halves home. Definitely recommend, worth another visit while we are up here!

Having heard a lot about Jammy Piece we decided to stop by for a drink and some food. We ordered two flavored hot chocolates and a breakfast roll. The cafe was busy so the slight wait to get served was understandable. The wait for our order was a little excessive and the roll was served 5 minutes before the drinks, where the member of staff serving the roll did not even know we had drinks to accompany the roll and had to ask us if there were drinks. When we received our full order the drinks were delicious and the bacon roll was enjoyable, maybe a little dry but that could have been because the butter melted into the roll whilst waiting for the drinks. There are some interesting items on the menu so we may go back to try them but there are better value breakfast rolls to be found in town. For the initial price you get one filling and every additional filling will cost 95p so for a 3 filling roll, if you like a big breakfast, it's over £5. Most other establishments give you 2 fillings for the initial price with the cost of the additional filling keeping it below £5.A minor grumble but I do like my fillings as my belly will tell you 😁.Give it a shot and see if you like it. Hopefully our next experience is more positive.

Two of us had lunch, BLT sandwich and soup with scone. Biggest scone I've ever seen! All very tasty and excellent value for money. Dog friendly too. Couldn't fault a thing.

Very reasonably priced delicious food. I had leek and potato soup, a generous serving with a HUGE cheese scone. Very friendly staff. Don't be put off by the outside. It's cosy and quaint inside. Oh and it's dog friendly, even has a doggy menu.

I love this place! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Food is freshly prepared and delicious. I would recommend their BLT. For dog owners they even have a doggy menu. Situated right next to the Caledonian Canal, it offers beautiful scenery if you prefer sitting at the tables outside.
