Excellent. The food was hot and tasted good. The carpark was tidy. The bathrooms needed a once over but otherwise fine.

Staff was exceptionally friendly! We came in rather late and staff was busy cleaning but insisted that if we wanted to dine in we should feel free to do so.

Got 9 pieces of chicken for 6 pound, I got 7 pieces and no drumsticks as well, also 2 of the chicken pieces where missing there outer skin and wasn't in the box, chips where stone cold also, make sure you check they have done your order correctly when going through the drive through

Arrived at 21:00 walking from hotel opposite, after coming from hospital following emergency appointment to be told sorry drive through only! As from 21:00. Explained, guy spoke to manager, well stared, and then I got a sorry McDonald's is that way and into town that way both 20min walks. Now ordering Chinese takeaway! Also ordered KFC night before waited for roughly 40mins, along with numerous other customers, hectic.Went into men's toilets, was about sick with the smell, disgusting, came out told the manager, and then waited 25mins or so for my food which was not correct when j opened the bag in my hotel room!2 days, 2 huge happenings!Waste of time

Alright food, was a bit cold. We could hear the staff in the back shouting and one I think was swearing. Pretty unprofessional. Also the portions were small, didn’t really fill me. The surrounding area outside the building a tip, litter strewn everywhere. Food tasted ok too.

It was the worst KFC I have ever had, the chips are different and I ordered a zinger wrap, well when I got it I was discussed the wrap was literally 5" with one tiny piece of chicken so I took it back and said I was not happy and the lassie literally turned round and just picked up another one which was double in size of my one.I would not recommend this place

Unprofessional performance of staff, unhelpful, pretending that not seeing you outdoor, restaurant opening time running late, highly not recommended

The drive-through is OK, but the counter service inside the restaurant is woeful.Staff too "busy" to even acknowledge dine-in customers in a queue of 4 or 5 people. Quite frustrating when Staff are more occupied with their own conversations rather than attending to customers.

I used to love KFC, sadly my last 3 visits to KFC Inverness have been a disaster. The food had been luke warm as though it has been sitting for a while. Some of the staff are not very helpful, I called with a friend who had never been to a drive through, he wasn't sure what he wanted from the menu but was rushed by the staff, I wouldn't have minded if they had been busy, but there were no cars behind us.

Went through drive through, ordered 6 piece meal on the bone, tower burger meal and 4 chicken fillets (no bone) a side of gravy and a side of mash…order came to Ā£28.45… glad I checked the order at the window.. we had 4 portions of cold stale chips and 4 corn on the cobs we hadn’t ordered just thrown in a big with a hole in the bottom! Chicken was wrong we hadn’t been given the fillets … we told the woman at the window who accused us of lying.. took the box from us and added 4 more bits of chicken in the bone and threw it back at us.. we said we needed fillets not chicken on the bone so she told us to park up out front and she would come out and sort it.. guess what no one came out.. so husband went in and asked for the fillets offered to give back the food we hadn’t ordered (2x chips 2x corn on the cobs) the bag was snatched off him and he was told his order needed to be checked so he asked to speak to the manager - because of the rudeness not because he was bothered about the order being checked.. manager came out gave us the chicken fillets and told us to keep the corn on the cobs like he was doing us a favour… no apology what so ever!So Ā£28.45 down - cold food due to messing around,Rude and uncooperative staff which is a shame as I really love a KFC!Honestly seen better customer service and decorum at a chimps tea party! 😔
