What a place! So many books and prints in a lovely old building. No space to swing a cat but room to peruse. No use for a quick visit if you actually want to look through anything... Worth making time for tho. Some great antique prints too

Amazing variety of books, I wish they were in Edinburgh so I could visit more often, but then I'd probably go bankrupt from buying too many books. A book lovers perfect dream!

·

Friendly people and numerous books. Most books here are in good condition and I bought two. The most recommended place in Inverness——the biggest secondhand bookshop in Scotland.

Great selection of books that you wouldn't be able to get anywhere else. Prints were so interesting to flick through. I am a artist and my partner is an engineer and we managed to both come away with a vast selection of books, this rarely ever happens. The log burner is a fantastic touch too, makes it feel so warm. The only improvement would be if they had an added extra of a cafe so you could sit and read a book, in front of the log burner, with a nice coffee/tea. Love this place.

Beautiful bookstore. I appreciated that they were willing to ship the books I purchased to London. Would recommend.

·

Just wow! Amazed with the collections of (old/second hand) books here. Covering many subjects. You will be surprised with your finds!

·

Incredibile place. Extremely suggested to everyone who loves books and even not. Second hand books for all genres everywhere around. In the middle a nice fireplace to warm you up, absolutely weird inside a library. Suggested even for short time, specially during a rainy day

·

Interesting shop with many affordable used books and old prints. I popped in for a minute and ended up spending over an hour just looking around the shop. Bought a couple prints as souvenirs from my time in Scotland!

·

Possibly the best bookstore in the world.Seriously. If you love books you will not be dissapointed. Travel here. Go out of your way. Exceptional and very knowledgeable staff. Fair prices.Should be six ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❗📚 🙂🌍✈️🚀🛸✒️ 📚

First, I just randomly search for attractions in Inverness, then I looked on map at this bookshop, didn’t expect much, thought would just hang around to have a look. However, I even brought some over hundred years drawings here. If you like books or painting, please do visit this bookshop, maybe you will find sth interesting👍🏻👍🏻
