Some of the best pies we've ever had.Venison & cranberryPork, apple & cider1000% recommend!! About £6 a pie but well worth every penny

Probably the best 2 pies I've ever had. We went for the broccoli savoury, and the rhubarb sweet pies. Both were filled to the brim with deliciousness. Even the pastry was good enough to eat on its own.You get what you pay for, and you'd pay far more than this in a pub or restaurant for far less quality. Plus it's a local business so what is not to love.It was only doing take away at the time due to covid but all the packaging & cutlery were recyclable which was another plus.

Very tasty pie, they had a great selection to suit every dietary requirement. Nice size, nice and hot but a little pricey, I would give five stars if it had been a little less expensive as the pie was faultless.

We did a click and collect order which we requested the day before online. You can pick if you want the pies hot or cold too. You can also turn up and eat on the day or order on the day but it is busy.We tried the Venison and cranberry andPork chorizo and manchego hot pies. They were excellent. Full of flavour and filling and great pastry. We shared the Rhubarb and strawberry one for dessert which again was super filled and delicious. We shared the Chicken and ham pie cold the next day again a perfect pie.I can see why this place has a great reputation. It does pies and it does them bloody well too. Certainly one to add to your foody list when visiting the area.

Fantastic lunch stop at Lochinver. Despite being very busy they managed the hungry queue beautifully, and what great service! As well as pies there’s sandwiches and other items, as well as specials when we were there which included scallops and langoustine dishes. I had a beautiful savoury lamb, with mash peas and gravy while Jill had scallops with couscous. We took away a couple of pies for later, including a sweet apricot and peach to enjoy with cream. I’ve already ordered a dozen pies by post too! Highly recommended.

Totally unexpected and brilliant boutique pie shop in Lochinver. Great coffee. We had sweet pies, all great; the savoury ones and beers looked great, for another time…

Came across this amazing place by chance today. Perfect lunch, we all had a different savoury one and none of us were disappointed. My savoury lamb pie was fab..thank you

Parking can be tricky in the car park next door - small spaces and very busy.Don't be put off by the queue though, they're just a tad slow at taking orders. The pies are most excellent (just make sure you order gravy if having a savoury)If there are no spaces in their Garden, there is a park 30 seconds walk from the store that has benches (or just sit on the rocks behind the garden)Ps. Banks beer is nice 👌

Went to the larder today. Delicious pies! I ordered the peach/apricot pie for pudding and drove to our campsite to eat it and when I opened it, it was the chocolate/pear one. Gutted to say the least as I had so been looking forward to it 😭 The lid said apricot on it so there must have been a mix up.

If you are considering any where to stop on the NC500, it has to be here. Take a little detour from the route and take in the stunning views and food. There is pies both sweet and savoury for every man women and child, I came three years ago and couldn’t miss this opportunity again, even after a full English only half an hour previously !Keep up the good work and good luck!
