McDonald's in Highland

I know it’s just a McDonalds, so expectations should be pretty low going in… but holy wow, this place is TERRIBLE. Nothing is ever properly made, and there is something missing from my order every time I’ve eaten there. Tonight was my last straw, when they got snippy with me when I asked them for the dipping sauces they forgot; McFlurry wasn’t blended at all, just ice cream with Oreo crumbs tossed on top; and I have no idea what they did to the fries to get them this overcooked and greasy at the same time.

A lot cleaner than it used to be, staff are lovely and as far as fast food goes it doesn't disappoint

We had three vegan burgers (macplants) and none of them came with patty, we told our friends and it happened the same. Idc because as vegan I do not go to Mac Donalds and it was just a one time thing but not proper service.

This McDonald's branch was fairly small and quite busy.We managed to get a seat downstairs,but the seating there is quite limited Unfortunately we didn't go upstairs,so therefore cannot comment on the upstairs seating.My three stars are for the Service(no complaints there),food(average) and mostly the looks and seating space downstairs.This place was kept clean and fairly tidy and Staff were friendly enough.

It was a busy day when we went there. At the order tills there was a trainee who couldnt get our order right. She was lovely and all but i think the manager was suppose to let her work with someone at a busy time as the queue was a bit long. She looked so much confused as she could not get help from other staff members who were busy

Great location in the middle of everything. As an American, i loved the veggie options. We don’t have any here yet :(

do not order from macdonalds, this is the second time we have ordered from there via the app and they have gotten it wrong each time, payed for 5 chips only got 1, didn’t get the drink we orderd, not good enough.

Five stars with the caveat that there are plenty of independent cafes open in the day time, so go there if you can. That said, this McDonald's is open when the cafes aren't, and you know what you are going to get. The building is beautiful outside, inside is a fairly standard McDonald's

Ideal location for when you're in the city centre. My visit raised a few concerns. Dirty tables, staff not cleaning properly, people struggling to sit because they couldn't find a clean table, customers cleaning their own tables, bins overflowing, all under the watchful eye of staff who were more concerned about giving out their Snapchat to teenagers.

Helpful with my order. Table service forgot sugar and serviettes.
