The best fish and chips I've had for a long long time

Apart from the extreme level of swearing from one customer, a good experience. Seems clean, fast cooking to order and service. Fish was lovely, crispy batter, chippy chips. Just a bit heavy and greasy food compared to what we have become accustomed to having these days. We ate it all. It was delicious. Then we couldn't move for the rest of the evening.

Researched before I went, and heard they were the best. Crowd waiting for their orders agreed. Placed order for large fish and chips, and waited outside. Ready in about 10 minutes. Ate all the fish, but couldn't do all the chips. It was really good! Definitely recommend.

Fish to die for. Don't make my mistake and order large fish supper. Enough for two easily. Yum.

Read the reviews so tried it for myself. I won't be hurrying back. Fish looks like it has been cut in half right down the middle so ur only getting half a fish. I for one won't be back.

What a meal! The staff on arrival were attentive, the Fryer was conscious of my friend's meal possibly going cold when waiting for mine (not a long wait at all) and offered to keep it warm. When we got the food, just wow! Wasn't oily or greasy, lots of flavour and definitely value for money! It was my first visit, certainly won't be my last!

Haven't had a chippy in Inverness for around years and it wasn't a good experience then. So wasn't sure when my daughter asked for chicken nuggets and chips if I would grant her wish but glad I did as she said they were the best she's had and I had a haggis supper and was very happy with the quality of haggis and the chips were spot on. Will be back

Best fish and chips in Inverness..Be sure to get a macaroni pie if you haven't had one yet. Delicious! Also, order a side of gravy or curry for the chips. You will not regret it.
