When you visit Muchrach.. you feel their warmth and genuine care for one another as a family … which lends the place a quiet serenity, a feeling of safety and cozy comfort that permeates the atmosphere. It’s the smells ofthe memory of childhood cotton candy, with the fresh after shower in the spring, the peals of laughters of children playing in the sun, with the quirky fabric scarfs you play around your necks in the fall, and the comforting substance of warm soups on winter nightsAnd perhaps, the cackling of woods in the fireplace, as you curl up under a wool blanket with a book.Because here, you are at home with ppl you can trust with your cares and rest.

Didn't stay here just pulled over to feed the highland cows, but from what we could see looked lovely

My wife and I had an excellent and unforgettable stay with them. Their whole team made us feel welcome with their excellent customer service. Their food was superb as well. They were very warm and it just made us feel at home. We will definitely come back. The only downside was that their highland cows were too adorable that I no longer got attention from my wife and it was all on them...

We were here for a wedding and stayed for three nights. We had a wonderful time, the setting is lovely the hotel and rooms are excellent, we stayed in the Glenfiddich room which was spacious and clean with beautiful toiletries, towels and robes and a hospitality tray. The wedding was fantastic in every aspect and everything ran like clockwork, food was lovely and service was excellent. Special mention to Emma who went above and beyond to cater for the guests ,a true asset to the team also Jack who was also very helpful. The only complaint is that drinks are very overpriced but I suppose 5 star hotel warrants 5 star prices. Would certainly recommend.

We loved the accommodations and restaurant! Very comfortable, firm beds and luxurious bathrooms with probably the best rainfall shower I’ve seen yet. The chef here is skilled in using top quality local produce and offering traditional Scottish dishes with a twist. Don’t miss visiting their two Highland Coos on site! Staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Just returned from two nights stay and I can genuinely say that it some of the best food I have ever tasted and the cleanest rooms we have stayed in overnight. This coupled with staff who truly engage with their residents to ensure they are delivering the ‘experience’.Head Chef, Peter who went to the bother of asking customers about their stay and giving his back story as well as serving some of the food , was an excellent touch.A very memorable stay for all the right reasons.Keep up the great work

Me and 4 friends took a road trip through this beautiful landscape and stumbled across this hotel, we only went in for a hot drink but truly it was an amazing experience. It has the comfort of home, the presence of an old country manor and the sophistication of one of the very best places to stay. Thank you to the friendly and welcoming staff, we would absolutely recommend this place and will make sure we come again as soon as we can.

An absolute gem that we intend to visit again! We went as a family and stayed in the Dulnain (3-bedroom suite). It was absolutely amazing, with a working fireplace and an outdoor hot tub! Very well maintained and designed. The restaurant in the main hotel was fantastic, delicious food. There is even a hotel dog (Labrador) who is very cute (he was just a puppy when we went). It's a dog friendly hotel so we plan to go back with our own pup!

We came for dinner earlier in the week. My fish starter was exquisite, with so many flavors to savor. For mains I had the venison. One of if not the best meal I’ve ever had. The venue and staff exceeded all expectations. The Muckrach is simply effortless class.

Absolutely stunning hotel. This place is so beautiful set in a lovely area. The interior decor was very nice and was nicely decorated with a Christmas theme. The bathroom was extremely nice, with under floor heating and a television in front of the bath tub. The bedroom was a great size and huge bed. We had dinner at the restaurant which was lovely. We did experience a power cut as the weather was very bad extremely windy and rainy so it was a bit of an uncomfortable evening and night without power. However the staff were so helpful and it was sorted overnight. The breakfast was delicious lots of choice for continental and full English breakfast. Highly recommend this place.
