Simply lovely. Visited here a couple of times now. First impressions were great although very busy they managed to squeeze us in and the staff were nothing but polite. (Another local attraction should take note).Table service is used here which means you get to sit down, have a good look at the menu before ordering from the wide selection on offer. We have had a lovely lunch here and the pancakes at breakfast we’re simply lovely! Never thought about having pancakes, bacon and maple syrup with banana before… lovely.Coffee is good too which is a bonus as I’ve struggled to find somewhere with a decent offering.Indoor and outdoor seating is available and the place is beautiful, nice and airy with a welcoming feel. You walk through the door and are greeted by nothing but cakes and a smile, just what you want! 5 stars!

The best breakfast we had in Scotland. The staff is wonderful and smiling even though they were veryyyy busy that morning

Food was not bad, but nothing exceptional. Service was a little on the light side, but we weren't trying to spend massive amounts of time there, anyways. Parking was very sparse, so just be aware of that if you're visiting while on the road.

This is a nice little cafe with friendly staff and delicious food. I had a jacket potato with goat's cheese, pepper and pesto with a side salad - bit different to the usual grated cheddar! All the cakes looked yummy too!

We had lunch here today, its was very busy, food was served very quickly, drinks too, the food was what u pay food, I cannot fault it. The staff seemed to be on ball and were very welcoming and lovely. I recommend a stop in here is passing, plus loads of cakes to choose from. 😋

Exceptional service - extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. We were really tired after a long hike and it was a pleasure to come and eat here afterwards. The fish and chips I got was absolutely delicious and tasted really fresh. I would highly recommend for anyone travelling around the Highlands.

A very lovely place. The ladies we met are very kind and did a great job on our breakfast. Amazing black pudding best i had on Scotland. Coffee had a great kick to it and the cafe is extremely cute and very clean. Would recommend :)

It was very busy when we visited so opted for takeaway lunch to have on the village green just outside the deli. Very friendly and accommodating staff despite being clearly rushed off their feet to serve the steady stream of tourists. We had soup and the fish chowder. Both were very delicious. Would 100% recommend if you are in the area

Lovely staff and food is excellent. They serve big portions. Soup was fantastic. Can be very crowded during peak season and hours. Location is perfect for a stop over before visiting Urquhart Castle or Fort Williams. Indoor and outdoor sitting area available.
