One again had a lovely lunch, food brilliant, service also first class. Can highly recommend.

Afternoon tea on 13th December was excellent. Great selection of tasty bites and the sausage rolls were out of this world. Personally I missed not getting shortbread and mincemeat tarts but there wasn't room on the plates for anymore goodies.Andrew, Sharon thank you, we will be back for another afternoon tea.Our waitress Carol went way above and beyond with the service she provided, always happy and smiling. A tonic indeed.

It's a dated Highland hotel but we'll looked after, breakfast spread had a good selection of hot & cold food with plenty of fruit options.My one complaint was that shower in my room had no hot water as the hot tap did not appear to have water bath & sink taps worked fine, no one at reception to report it to on my early check out either.Worked selected and paid for the hotel would been a different rating if I'd paid for it myself.

Didn't stay here, so this is for the food, of which you should stay for. The times I've been to Wick and never ate here. Mistake. Had barmeal on Wednesday, steak pie, absolutely lovely, staff friendly. Booked again for the Sunday carvery. 3 courses. FABULOUS.Choices incredible.Staff great, and at at a great price. No wonder its busy. Will be back.

This visit was much better than our last one. Everything was much better and our room was a lot better. The food was also tastier. A better experience in my Wife's home Town...

The hotel had everything you need for a stay. Even if it wa really busy we felt very comfortable and safe (covid-19) well in place.The bar and restaurant has a good choice and the staff are so friendly and nice. They know the job....Breakfast was the same. Well presented as prepared.The room was big and had again everything you need.We would definitely stay there again.

Went for dinner tonight and don't know if we caught them on a bad night but we waited over a hour and a half for our food, which was then mediocre. Staff very apologetic but a hotel of that size should be able to deal with a moderately busy restaurant.

Great food, a good selection, fairly priced and served with a smile. What more could you want.Although I didn't try them, the rooms are reportedly very nice and cosy too!

Window did not lock. Toilet seat was broken. Room was dirty. TV did not work. Family room over looking the main door and car park on ground floor. Cars pulling in and out all night right upto the window. People hanging about outside until 1am shouting and drunk. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in.
