Old Station Restaurant in Highland

Wow. What an excellent evening at the old station restaurant. We sat in the bar area with our dog and 2 kids. Food was beautiful and big portions. Beer was cold and crisp, fire was on and the service top class from the waitress, sharon I think her name was. Great atmosphere would definitely recommend. Will be back on our next trip through spean bridge.

A clean and lovely restaurant next to a station with friendly staff. Tried my first venison burger here! (FYI, I had a crush on someone in this restaurant which might inhibit my objectivity)

Lovely place, lovely food, great cocktails and local beers, gorgeous hot fire and the staff really made you feel at home. It was added to by the lovely snow as we left!

Lovely staff. Quick service. Great food and a super cozy, warm and amazingly decorated place (visited on December 1st so full of Christmas decorations and both fires on).Great place to eat and relax and perfect as right next to new station.

Would recommend it to anyone whose staying in The Spean Bridge/Fort William area. Fantastic meal, the steak pie & veg was delicious. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Will definitely be going again when next in the area 👍👍

Excellent food from a varied menu. I wish i could've ordered everything because it all looked so good! Nice local beer. Even satisfied the vegetarians in our party! Great service as well. I would highly recommend.

Called in without a booking, and although there was a sign up stating fully booked one of waitresses (owners?) - Alison who popped her head out and said although they were fully booked they could fit us in right then. Fantastic. As soon as they saw our small scruffy dog they couldn't do enough to help us and him (water and biscuits waiting for him). We ordered our food and it promptly arrived, freshly cooked and piping hot. Sharon (owner) came over and checj all 3 of us were ok. Lindsey brought over the drinks with a warm smile (even with a mask). Would certainly recommend this restaurant. The attitude of the staff was warm and welcoming, and the food delicious. Thank you for looking after us.

Wow!!! What an amazing evening had by the hubby and me. The staff was lovely, very efficient and welcoming.The food, well it was delightful. Tasteful and very big serving. Its worth the drive to come to this beautiful little restaurant.The Scott's really do know how to cook beef lol...Thank you all until next time

Absolutely amazing food and excellent service. The chicken and haggis main was superb. They also have (good) bitter on tap which seems to be a rarity these days. Could not fault it at all.

Service was top notch, 5 stars- really friendly, cheerful & absolutely great chat. We spoke over hyper mobility as my partner had just sprained his ankle, & she even brought us a bag of ice!The drinks were also quite good, 5 stars - the french martini execution surprised me (they had Chambord! Nice!) & The bartender was also super friendly.The food, however, could use some TLC. The fries weren't fully cooked, the garlic cheese bread had loads of garlic (YUM!) But the cheese wasn't fully melted, & the buttermilk chicken tasted a bit like it was fried in refried oil. The steak was asked to be medium, & looked a bit more well-done.The menu looked decent, but the execution didn't match the quality of service & the lovely decor & ambience that the pub had (all modern fittings nicely done).
