Good location and nice food. The grilled ribeye steak worth a big meal. They offering English service and menu. And a lady staff explain patiently what I don’t understand.I had some misunderstanding with the staff called Edward, he apologized. But now I really want to say sorry that I hope I didn’t hurt his feeling too, i behave a little rude. Sorry. Best wishes to him.Of course, the price is a little expensive. But if you don't care too much about money, then you would definitely got the best service.

The dishes are pretentiously mediocre and poorly executed. Fish is frozen. Presentation is regrettable (dishes look almost like canteen food). Glasses smelled bad. Menu: 1 starThe service is slow, inefficient and amateurish. After the entree the waitress changed my knife but not the fork nor my wife's cutlery. Random. After having paid the bill she rudely went away without saying goodbye, apparently the tip wasn't enough. You definitely don't expect to be treated like that in this price range. Service: 2 starsThe menu is way overpriced. 32 EUR for one filet of *frozen* (seriously?) sea bass with couscous and vegetables is WAY too much. We ordered one sea bass, one salmon (frozen as well), one mozzarella di bufala, one bottle of sparkling water. Total 87.5 EUR. Quality-price ratio is severily insufficient. Price: 1 starOn the plus side, the restaurant is nicely located in the Frankfurter Hof. Nice atmosphere, despite the cheap music (a bit on the loud side). Location: 4 starsSide note: a little mouse (!) was wandering around among the tables while we were having dinner.It would have given 1 star if it hadn't been for the nice location. Highly disappointed.

Lovely seating outside. The food was good but it took awhile to be served.

Ambiance is great, stuff very friendly and professional, but the food was barely mediocre. We were four people, three of us ordered risotto, one had a burger. We had to send the risotto back, because it was barely edible. A burger that costs 23,50 EUR was maybe 5 EUR worth, but it was ok. Wine on the other hand was great. The waitress was very understanding and professional, and offered us to exchange our orders on their account. Situation was handled very professionally. I must say, I traveled around the world, and never before experienced that order has to be sent back. So I do not recommend this place for food. This seemed to be place to sit down, have a glass of wine and enjoy ambiance.

Good food, bad service.Ordered a soup, a salad and asparagus. The salad never came, no spoon was provided to the soup so had to be drunk from the bowl. The servers never cared enough to ask if everything was good and was avoiding us so we never got our salad or our spoon. Took 20 minutes before we could order and another 40-60 minutes to get our food. Everything was amateurish and sloppy, when the poured our drinks and wine some ended up on the table each time. Food was very good but only lukewarm when it arrived. We let them know once we paid the bill but no action was taken to rectify it.

Cosy restaurant that is part of the hotel but does not feel like a "hotel restaurant." It is a bit pricey for the quality but the ingredients and preparation were all excellent. We found the oysters to be very good. Service is relaxed and friendly. Good place for dinner for 2 as well as business dinners.

I've been to their Michelin restaurant Francais, which was sadly closed on a Sunday. Thus I was referred to Oscars, which is spacious and has nice upscale decorations.While the food and ambiance is excellent, our middle aged male waiter had very poor service. He seemed very impatient and aloof. The young female waiter on the other hand was very upbeat and friendly, bringing my rating back up to 4/5 stars.Overall great place for a long meal with good eats and atmosphere.

Very well cooked Asparagus but over fried and dried veal schnitzer，good wine.
