Park Hotel Restaurant in Highland

Food was only okay, one order was the wrong dish. Drinks were either flat or also the wrong order. Didn't feel we could say anything as the waiter was extremely rude. They had no excuse really as it was stone dead, we were the only party in the restaurant. Could maybe let things slide if weren't for the fact it was all very, very overpriced! Not a good dining experience.

Our experience here was not that bad. The food was pretty good, we came here for our dinner. Staff were friendly but were not prepared. We hated 1 hour for all of us to get our meals and only a party of 4. Very understaffed, mostly an okay experience

Had great food here while staying at the hotel last week. Food and service were top notch. A chap called Ben Ingle provided particularly excellent service 👏 👌

Manager at front desk blatantly refused our request to switch tables (even before we sat down).There was 8 of us and there was an 8seater in a nicer location away from the rude people who had their kids both of their kids devices on volume 10. Another family of 8 arrived 15 mins later and they took the table that we requested. Great customer service !Portions are tiny and not that great. We had 3 courses and we all went for a carry out on the way back to our hotel.Waiter accidently dropped dished next to our table 3 times. Yes 3. Only a wee bit of tomato sauce splatters on our clothing so not the end of the world. No compensation mentioned but none asked for.1 of our entree's was room temp. The rest were hot but not the greatest in size or quality.Overpriced food.£13 for 2 scallops is just out of order.£5.50 for 2 small bottles of still water.We also noticed that we were there during October holidays and the prices on the printed menus was far higher than the advertised online prices. This method of selling is quite often referred to as Extortion.Over all not a good experience.Manager needs to go to obedience school.Some advice...Don't go here if you are hungry.Bring a chainsaw for the meat.Mark MacLean room 7351/7352

The Aspects Restaurant has a very relaxed atmosphere, but in spite of the atmosphere, service is quick, discreet and efficient. The food is well presented, and well cooked. I had 'Blade of Beef' which was delicious, tender and filling. The children's buffet was well stocked and varied also. Prices are value for money!

Breakfast - someone said in a comments before they are amazing hmmm don't think so this is just normal breakfast buffet.Dinner - My wife got fishcake and was delicious. My chicken with haggis was cold and in my opinion was under hot lamps far to long waiting for fishcake. Buffet for kids was just all right not great.Staff was trying do all the best for guests but you can notice no experience at all.Overall 3 🌟

Brilliant meal here. Service great. Three course dinner great value. Kids have separate buffet. Wine pricey but beer, cider etc more affordable. Very tasty food.

We had booked a table at 20:00 for 20:30, we had got there 5 mins late and was asked to wait at the bar with menus whilst a table was prepared for us we were also given drinks on the house for having to wait.I ordered the bladed beef which arrived after a relatively short wait and it was one of the best meals i have had whilst eating out in a while, the beef was extremely tender and the fat literally melted in my mouth.Staff were very nice and polite and we were given a 20% discount for the table being delayed. Very happy with the service and would definitely return.
