Very tasty, fresh, and clean place, the staff is very friendly

I visited the pizza hut branch in Inverness. Bit expensive custom pizzasidenon alcoholic drinkDessert30 quidService was good... food OK corn on cob a little cold.. pizza a tad greasy. Good taste though.Advise going for the deals.

After cinema meal and wish we went somewhere else.Wasn't that busy but waited 25mins for pizza.When they arrived they were only warm.Nobody came to check if everything was okay with our meal.Aidi frozen pizzas are miles better.

Really good deal for 2, staff on hand very attentive very clean and overall a wonderful and enjoyable time. Our server was Mathilde who completed the exceptional experience

Absolutely shocking service. We were taken to our table and told to order online. The waitress walked away as she spoke giving us no opportunity to ask for any assistance. We waited for about 10 mins before asking for a waiter to take our order. When the food arrived one of the meals had been missed out. It arrived eventually. We eventually had to ask for the table to be cleared which unfortunately was only half done. Desert plates were added to the table with the dirty mains.

Great! pizza was delicious, son said it was the "best ever". Been years since I have been but would definitely go back. Its ashame that the salad bar things are all bought in, I think homemade coleslaw and homemade pastas would take it up a notch

Not been for a few years, always remember it being a bit pricey but standards of service have dropped. Had to ask a member of staff to take our order because the order at the table app wouldn't load, but all she said was do you want me to show you how to use it as if I didn't know what to do. Seems like they want staff to do as little as possible. £50 for 2 pizzas and 2 drinks needs more customer service.

The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. I think we had a new start and a slightly more experienced waiter serving us and they were both doing a grand job. I used to go there all the time but since I've moved away I've not had a chance so it was amazing to be back. Would definitely recommend.

I'm going with OK here. Nothing wrong with the pizza, it was quite nice actually. Restaurant feels a little crowded though and more aimed at a younger audience. Would have rated it higher but it looses a star for its 'order online' option which they push at you. Don't get me wrong, I like tech solutions that make things easier, but this one doesn't. It was clunky, cumbersome and a bit of a pig to use. It also reduces interaction with the waiting staff, and frankly I think that detracts from going out a wee bit. It even asks you to tip when placing your order, which seems a bit off to me. No problem with tipping, but let's wait till we've actually had some service, yeah?

No queue, quiet at the time we went around early evening time.The only issue is the signal for 4G and WIFI doesn't work so ordering on the app doesn't work; however the staff are on hand and frequently check in and are fast and efficient and friendly.Slightly on the pricier side these days but a good place for all ages.Wheelchair parking and building access and table access and bathroom access. Good hot food and good desserts. Great for lunch and dinner with friends.
