Premier Inn in Highland

Great stay, clean and spacious with nice bar and restaurant. Nice welcome on arrival from the lady who greeted us, she was very happy and made our stay fantastic! Lots of smiles and laughter... Thanks for the awesome stay whilst visiting during my trip to visit the NC500

I would like to thank you for our stay. Loved the place. We had dinner here and all staff were very friendly and nice nothing was too much bother for them. I wish we had booked more than 1 night but hope to return in the near future as my son loves to do Park Runs

The usual high standards, great food and amazing staff! We rocked up tired after a long day and Zane made check-in quick and easy for us and looked after us the whole time we were there, thank you! Lovely views too, I would recommend to anyone 😊

Booking a room was easy and hustle free. Friendly service and tidy room. Very happy overall. Excellent location, right in the middle of the city. Restaurants and pubs in close range by walk.

Staff are amazing - all were friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Didn't get the river views I was hoping for though

Stay one night here. As usual comfortable sleep. Check-in was quite busy during the weekend but it's moving fast. Parking is available at the back site (GBP10 per entry/day). Close to Tesco and just across the river to city center. Price is so affordable. I didn't have breakfast here so can't comment.

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Inverness and the Highlands. Nice friendly staff. A friendly welcome and nothing was to much if you asked. A good sized room overlooking the River Ness and city. Accommodation was clean and a nice sized bath with over head shower. I would definitely stay again

We spent 2 fantastic nights at the premier inn hotel and recieved a lovely welcome from staff from start to finish,room was immaculate and very comfortable. Pillows were beautifully soft. Would have loved a river view,we had a brick wall to look at from our window lol but you cant have everything. All in all we had a great time at this hotel,definitely will return again in the future.

Great location, friendly staff, our room looked out onto the castle. Room was clean and spacious. Located 5-10 min walk from bus station. Sadly the restaurant was closed for evening meals but breakfast was still being served and the bar was also open.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The receptionist was a wonderful force of nature and most helpful as were other staff. The hotel is in a great location for the city centre. A walk along the River Ness by the hotel in the evening is a must.
