Superb food and good price for 4 people having large meals too! The haggis was delicious 😋 and chips were very good! Wanting to go back one more time on holiday was very sad they were closed on our last day Sunday. Will go back when next visiting for sure.

Stayed at Ben Nevis holiday site and wanted a chippy. Found this great chippy with great reviews and they are not wrong. I had Scottish pie and the wife had fish and chips, that was huge, we both finished the lot and wanting more.Gentleman behind the counter made me feel welcome as an Englishman in Scotland served by his lovely staff.Best chippy ever and that Scottish pie is amazing.Thank you Sammy

Proper fish and chip shop with great service! Tasted amazing, just what we needed after climbing Ben Nevis. I had their gluten free fish and chips, delicious and very short wait time. So glad we found this little gem!

·

Best chippie we have had for a long while! Fish is delicious and the batter is light and crispy. Good chips too. Wish we had found this little gem instead of settling for Wetherspoons on Thursday night!

After reading many of the other reviews I felt very let down, after opening the food back at the BB after the drive, I would have taken it back. Both portions of chips looks like they had never seen a chip, looks like we had been dished up all the potato ends, there was not a descent chip amongst them.Ask for salt and vinegar, both had none on. This was in the middle of the evening with a good flow of customers.Well over priced.

Great find. Trying to avoid the touristy overpriced/not well reviewed places, we tried to look a little further. Found Sammy's and were very impressed with the Fish Supper and Chicken Curry. Reasonable prices and both tasted lovely. Would certainly recommend, definitely worth the short drive.

Not too bad. Fish was a bit oily tasting and chips dry but otherwise fine. Not many other fish and chip shops in Fort William so not much competition.
