Three of us non residents had a wonderful breakfast with good attention to service

Enjoyed a lovely meal..plenty of vhoice.attentive and very smart staff. Food was presented reallly well and a nice warm and cozy lounge ..

Omg , food amazing , steaks cooked to perfection . Lovely attentive staff , 1st class customer service . Highly recommended 👌 Don't know who the chef is but he could give Gordon Ramsey a run for his money ..... All in all very impressed 👍.

Recommend the afternoon teas. Request a takeaway box as you won't eat all. Price is fantastic.

Avoid like the plague. Booked this venue for the funeral reception for my mum. The staff were great and very cheery, however the bar manager Jill was a complete nightmare. After couple of hours we were asked to leave or go outside, she was over heard telling her staff to inform us to leave. However when the manager was asked why she back tracked and said only the bottom half which was empty anyway, making her staff out to be in the wrong. She seemed in a bad mood all day never smiled at all. When the younger adults were laughing she told them they had to go outside to the tent, they had no other option. 4 Other workmen were also told to leave as they were laughing at their table whilst having a meal. Crying and laughter are part and parcel of a funeral reception. But quite happy to take our money as long as nobody made a noise. She should most definitely not be in customer service and she gives this place a bad name. Would not recommend this venue to anyone whilst she was still in this role. Once a Great place gone downhill.
