Tesco Cafe in Highland

The blonde lady that served us needs to go on a customer service course. My partner forgot to ask for something extra on his veggie breakfast (which by the way was a slice of soggy toast, 2 poached eggs still clear when we cut into them and a grey mushroom that was slimy) so he asked just after we ordered for it to be added on and we will pay extra she replied "No you ask as the start, if you want extra added on then you have to buy another breakfast" so we left it and waited for the breakfast, my own looked lovely until I bit into the avocado and it tasted sour. That point we had only had around 4 bites so we got up and left, we will never return after such an awful experience.

Nice little place. Reasonably priced. Decent staff. Food is great always seems busy. Perfect to catch a bite to eat before or after shopping.

I think people reviewing this cafe need to give the staff a bit more credit. They work very hard and also seem rushed of there feet. I've never had a problem with the food.

Very slow cashier/till person - if she would speed up - there wouldn'tbe any queues. Lady on the floor cleaning tables very nice and polite (skinny girl)

Decided to try this place for breakfast last week before work.The food was all cooked perfectly and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back again.

The food was awful as was the service. Standing in a cue for 20 minutes for my order to come to £25 for 2 breakfasts and one of 4 items!! After waiting a further 25 minutes it was COLD.... I was not shocked to be honest.I would highly NOT recommend this

Happy hours deal and bright atmosphere but the food was average tasting and a little on the light side portion wise.

Had a late lunch here and really enjoyed the meal. Portion size was just right and cost wasn't too bad. Had a soft drink which was a little overpriced. Overall good service with friendly staff. Well worth the visit
