Cracking but of grub, lively staff and if ya get rhe conservatory or outside seating amazing views Yorkshire lad who was running the show was brilliant

Lovely fish and chips. Great atmosphere. Jovial in the bar area and very subdued and ambient in the dining area. Would visit again.

Great location and service. Pub grub at gastronomic prices especially the starters: goats cheers salad and haggis fritter well overpriced and miniscule quantity.

Great looking menu that doesn't quite come up to expectations. No homemade deserts. Just lacking attention to detail really. Had shellfish, 1 was well past it's best & when you've only been given 6 that wasn't exactly a big a job for the kitchen to check before sending them out!

Lovely little place with nice views from the back beer garden. Only getting three stars as although the place and staff were nice, there was no food served until 6pm and they said they were fully booked as well. Seemed a bit mad not to have food on from lunchtime but otherwise it was nice.

Superb. Great tasty food in a fantastic setting. Great bear too. Highly recommended. You need to book, it gets very busy at both lunch and evenings.

We had a great meal out. I had the prawn linguine which was great, the others had sea bass and they enjoyed theirs. Some moaners about, but it rather depends on your starting point. We found everything about the place very superb.

Lovely people, amazing views over the bay, great beers and locally distilled gin. Don't forget the pizzas but order by text in advance to avoid disappointment as they are outstanding!!

Nice, fresh food, excellent location. Well prepared food to a high standard. Good choice of wines and spirits. The beers were a bit limited today as delivery expected tomorrow. Normally a good choice of ales though. Consistently good pub/restaurant. Been coming here for around 20 years, whenever we're in the area it's a must visit.
