Everything is cooked to order but they’re very efficient - don’t be put off if there is a queue! Some of the best fish and chips I’ve eaten, very fresh and tasty.

Possibly the best fish and chips I have tasted in a long time. I may be wrong, but it tastes like they use lard, or a solid fat for frying, down south now they all seem to use oil.

Great fish and chips, freshly cooked and not even slightly greasy. Good system for taking orders during covid restrictions.

After 6 hours drive, nothing beat the crispy and tasty fish and chips from here. Very friendly staff. Quick service. Good portion.

Monstrous portion, I'm a hearty lad who can usually see it away but even I struggled with my fish supper. The food was really fresh and well cooked so it was great value for money. And the staff were really pleasant and friendly. A great wee chippy, thoroughly recommended.

The fish was fresh and the batter light and crispy. The chips were a little on the anaemic side (hence the 4 out of 5 stars) and could have perhaps done with a little longer in the fryer.You can eat in or take out (no extra cost for eating in).
