It was a lovely experience. We had a friendly welcome and the burgers were so good since we didn't had time to take photo of them 😀 luckily we had few minutes break before the deserts came in(attached photos)

The manager could not have been more friendly or accomodating. He put a football match I requested on on one of the TVs and also arrange a pub music speaker to be turned off so we could hear the commentary.Because of this excellent customer service we returned the following night and had excellent food that was we ordered of a friendly young barmaid who also provided excellent, polite customer service. Could not recommend this pub enough and will definitely return next time I'm in Inverness.

We stopped in today for a bit of lunch. I had the 3 small plates deal but unfortunately didn't like the BBQ sauce. The manager (I think) very kindly offered to replace my Cumberland sausage bites with hot sauce. Very pleased with the replacement and service. We will be coming back 😀

Great place for a spot of lunch with friendly staff that are always willing to help, Mark the manager made us feel very welcome and with all the correct covid measures in place I felt very safe and would highly recommend the bar 5* from me

Food really nice. We had burgers. Children menu good quality and tasty, (the children enjoyed it better than McDonald's) there is a big pool table upstairs too.Carpets and toilets need a good clean up, if not a overall refurb. But building and location really nice. And the staff was superb.

Went here for some early dinner whilst visiting.. all i can say is just as well we were hungry. Cheap.. but the place is in urgent need of a revamp.. ripped seats.. sticky floor and toilets an stairs to toilets were not great to say the least.Sorry.. but I would give it a body swerve l.

The main thing I remember about this pub is the sticky floor! I don’t know what they clean it with, but everyone was suffering and it was a good five minutes of walking once I’d left before I felt my shoes no longer sticking to the pavement! Other than that, it’s a nice place - the staff are friendly and there’s a good range of well priced drinks available. Large screens were showing sport during my visit and there’s a good mix of seating for different group sizes. A pretty nice pub in the centre.

A good place to enjoy reasonably priced food and drinks after the Great Glen Way. Don't count on using their Internet though, just about impossible to log into

I visited the Caledonian today 19/10/2021 for some food and decided on Tuesdays burger and drink deal. The quad chicken burger with cheese, haggis and whisky sauce was big enough for two people and I had diet coke as my choice for drink. I was warmly welcomed by Mark with good evening and asked how my day had been,I was served at the tills by Chloe and my food was delivered to my table shortly after by Chloe. A few minutes later Chloe came back to check and make sure everything was okay with my meal, when I told her everything was perfect she told me to let her know if I needed anything which was lovely. Amazing service, will definitely be returning. 10/10 on service

Next day return visit,I visited the Caledonian yesterday at dinnertime for Tuesday's burger and a drink deal,The welcome I received and quality of service throughout my visit was amazing. So I decided on coming back for dinner again,This visit I chose the daily deal which was pie and a drink,I was warmly welcomed by Claire and served by herself,I chose the steak pie with chips and a diet coke,I ran into the manager Mark again, and was given a warm friendly from himself,My food arrived quick and hot,Mark came back and checked if everything with my meal was okay and if I needed anything, Everything was perfect like my last visit previous,He told me to let him know if I needed anything,All cutlery and condiments were given before I received my meal and my drink was 3/4 full as my meal had come so quickly,so I didn't require anything,The service I received from Mark and Claire was amazing and I will definitely be choosing the Caledonian from now on when I am in town for my go to place for food, 10/10 experience
