The Castle Restaurant in Highland

Fantastic to see this Restaurant still going, was a teenager haunt in the 60's..a meeting place..good range of food..really great staff waiter, all went out of their way to accommodate GF options..thanks JP at the Castle...

Lovely place in a brilliant location. Staff are all really friendly. Also possibly the best fish and chips in Scotland, would 110% recommend.

Staff were very attentive and very understanding about my dietary requirements. Head Chef Lee is so helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend, 10/10.

Nice food and service for a good price,loved it

Bit of a wait for the food to arrive after ordering but well worth it. Absolutely delicious and didn't break the bank either.

We ate lunch here with our Italian friends who said that they enjoyed the food very much. We chose six different meals, each one excellent and abundant. Our dog was very happy as he was allowed in with us. They don't serve alcohol but tha waitress said we could bring our own, the water was adequate and a great substitute. The entrance and toilet isn't suitable for the less able. Otherwise well worth a visit.

Great food, awesome portions, brilliant value and wonderful staff. The menu is simple yet quality.

The castle restaurant is iconic and shouldn't be missed. The steak pie with crinkle cut chips are to die for. Get a wee buttered roll and a glass of irn bru and you'll be drowning in the feast of Scottish gods!
