lovely hotel and lady that runs it is very nice shame that the covid-19 rules are making hotels like this hard to keep going

Shower was too hot with no way of adjusting. Staff took no notice. Breakfast was poorly cooked and at £12 was not value for money.

Went for some lunch for mums birthday today food was excellent service excellent with smiles and very helpful thank you

The worst hotel I visit in last 10 years.At arrive in the room there was blood on the wall the hotel is very dirty no hot water in the shower cold temperature in the room bad dinner everywhere you look you find dirty the owner is unpleasant. If this hotel should be free of charge I never spend another night here

We were sat 10/15 minutes before our drinks order was taken. I ended up having to get the food menu for my family and I cause no staff were seeing to us. Eventually once we ordered our food it took nearly hour to come out and we had to eat it fast as we had an event to get too.The service was very slow, staff seemed like they didn't want to be at work and food wasn't that great.

Clean, Breakfast good, Dinner menu basis and staff were very polite. A 24 hour reception would have been beneficial. Had to phone the night porter 3 times to get our room key from reception having returned from a function at the Strathphefer Pavilion.

Decent grub unfortunately the TV in the room didn't work. Television in my colleague's room was the same. Room was standard and had everything needed.
