Fantastic food and wonderful service in beautiful surroundings. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable seating. All of my food was absolutely delicious.

Excellent waitress !!!!!!! Food very good on the whole .....fried fish just a little but dry ........ Maybe that's a personal thing.

We didn't know what to expect from the area and asked our Airbnb host about places to eat. She told us that it gets busy here but she'd heard good things about the food so we headed there just after 5pm in the hope of getting an early table for dinner. We were seated immediately and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were able to get a highchair for us and had a couple of vegan options on the menu. The food was delicious and their craft lager was great too!

Lovely place, clean and bright. The staff are friendly, very helpful and a warm welcome. The food didn't only look delicious, it tasted it too. Will most definitely be returning soon.

Sometimes we struggle for veggie options when we go places, not here. A couple of nice options on the menu and the specials board. We managed three courses and it was a lively atmosphere!! We really enjoyed the experience 😊.

Can't speak highly enough about this pub. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, good food and a large selection of beers and spirits (the pub even has a grumpy landlord........but he's only pretending).
