The Slaters Arms in Highland

The staff are very nice but the food is unremarkable. The menu is a bit disconcerting, offering everything under the sun from pizzas to curries, meat pies or chillies and as said, the food is average at best.

Arrived late in the eveningWe got 2 very tasty burger ,We were stuck in a traffic jam accident in fort william for 3hours so when we finally got to our accommodation it was a bit of a rush to find something.It's warm and cosy good food lots of beers choices.

We’ve been here several times and we’re never disappointed! Great food (especially the pizzas), nice atmosphere and the owners make you feel at home, it’s dog friendly too which is always a bonus! Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be back 👌🏽

Really great food. Staff was very friendly. The owner took the time to convince us that it would be worth walking fully around the trail on Glen Affric, which was well worth it. They are very dog friendly as it seems most of the staff own a well trained dog. The dogs stay out of the main dining area, but be careful if you're allergic. We ate here both nights we spent in the area and had a really nice meal.

What a fantastic place! The food was absolutely delicious and most definitely the best sticky toffee pudding I've ever had. The kids loved their pizza which was authentic and very tasty Relaxed and super friendly atmosphere too and a friendly and chatty owner. My family and I had an excellent evening and thoroughly recommend if you are in the beautiful area

Great food, love the dogs in the pub, the people who run the pub are very friendly, and about 12 ales on tap which was a big surprise. Definitely going to go back

We all had a great meal, the Rogan Josh was just like my mum's, lovely. Some cracking glen affric brewed beers! Very welcoming.

Great selection of beers etc. Food 8s tasty and homemade. Good selection of Vegan meals and desserts.

A lovely village pub with an impressive food menu. They have front and back outdoor seating with great views.The staff were friendly and helpful.They are dog friendly and in fact have their own dogs on the premises. The dogs are given free roam of the place and whilst I found them well behaved and lovely, that might not be to everyones taste.The food was very good.

Owner is the friendliest guy, wish I could’ve stayed for Scotch but we were driving.The steak pie is phenomenal. If you’re in the area, especially after a ramble in Glenn Affrich, stop by for food and drink. You may need a reservation, but if you show up early enough they can might be able to squeeze you in.A side benefit: super friendly dogs wandering the restaurant.
