We were staying at the Jurys Inn, a 12 minute walk away from Snow Goose and found the menu there lacking so walked here after a quick Google search. The place looked lovely and was warm, nicely decorated inside and out.Staff were pleasant, polite, helpful and attentive. We both ordered Sunday roasts and they were the nicest roast dinner we have had in a very long time. All fresh, homemade and beautiful. The meat was really tender. We shared a Bannoffie pie, stunning. We had pints of Peroni, water for the table and a double gin.Very reasonably priced and I'm thinking on breaking my rule of not visiting a place twice in one place when away for the weekend. We travel a lot, mixture of hotels, camping, pubs, fine dining and takeaways and were really impressed with this place.

Lovely food in a warm and cosy setting with super efficient and friendly staff. Brilliantly located next to the retail park and a great food/drink stop if you're looking to break your journey up without having to go into Inverness city center. Have been before and will go again.

Food looked good but very small portions and not hot at all, meat seemed to be precut and rewarmed, as much gravy as we wanted as long as it was no more than what was in the tiny pot it came in. Staff seemed a little overworked even though the premises were quite empty. Nice looking establishment I'm sure we came on a bad day.

Absolute best pork belly I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever. Melt in your mouth, to die for meal. The gravy was thick and maximum flavour, first restaurant we’ve been to that knows how to do a good, thick proper gravy. Staff were friendly and happy to cater to dietary requirements and meal adjustments. Decor is cosy, warm, interesting, quirky and comfortable.Would highly recommend.

Caught up with friends for an evening meal in this very pleasant pub which, although close to a busy junction on the A96/A9, traffic wasn't noticeable, and the venue had plenty of parking. The pub has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space and comfort, and attentive staff were always on hand. All of our meals were well presented and tasty. Well worth a visit.

In fairness the waiting staff were brilliant and very accommodating. As a person who is unable to eat white potatoes (no chips, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes etc for me), it was rather disappointing to learn that potential cross contamination of potatoes with other food stuffs was quite high, thus eliminating every fried option and near enough half the menu for me. So I couldn't even enjoy a Sunday roast with the sweet potato fries because the sweet potato fries are cooked in the same fryer as normal chips. Having said that I did enjoy my burger

Lovely meal at the Snow Goose today. Cosy atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was outstanding. Best Sunday Roast I've had in a long time!

Sorry, no pics of the food as too busy eating it! Haha. Absolutely delicious, polite staff and well priced. Been a fair few times and the Snow Goose never misses a beat - thanks all 😁

First visit in today for food and drinks, I can see myself returning quit often, a really calm country feel and plenty of space for diners. But it's the food that sets this place apart,I was expecting chain food but I had one of the best lasagnes to date, and for the first time in a while since living in the Highlands, I was full from just a starter and a main, even had to leave some of my flatbread and chips, my other guests loved there's too, excuse the bad pictures I started tucking in straight away. Not expensive at all neither. Will definitely return for a longer visit

Went here 3 times while staying for work at the holiday inn within walking distance. Great service every time. Ate here once and had the chicken and mushroom pie. It was good, but slightly under salted and a little dry, it could have used more gravy and more mushrooms, but overall I was pleased. The spring onion mash is great, as were the roasted carrots, and I don’t usually like cooked carrots. Food came promptly under 10 minutes. I’d definitely come back to try another menu item.
