The Stag in Highland

Stayed here whilst walking the Cape Wrath trail. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nice and the food was amazing. Easy 5 to give 5 stars.

Fantastic hotel near Torridon. Stayed with my son in Feb. The staff and management could not be more helpful. Loved the hotel and the location. The food was exceptional as well.

Absolutely amazing meal we had last week. The food and the service was second to none. Unfortunatly did not get the names of the staff but they were very caring and spent time with us. The food was also excellent. Would recommend the salmon starter. Dog friendly. They even pulled up a seat for our wee dog. Long time since had such good service and meal out.

We had a lovely stay. We had one night for our wedding anniversary whilst doing the NC500. It was so relaxing and it was perfect for our 2 dogs - we where lucky enough to stay in a room with a conservatory which was perfect for the dogs and taking them onto the garden at the rear of the hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Karen who pointed us to the room. Our Twin room was very comfortable, clean with a window overlooking the hotel garden. I recommend booking a table for dinner as the restaurant is very popular and a couple of people had to be turned away as they were fully booked. The food was amazing, the best we had on our NC500 trip. From all the hotels we stayed during our 9 day trip, this was by far the best accommodation, food and service we had.

Had a lovely evening meal here while staying at the local campsite. We were blown away by the quality and service. Beautiful dining room. The food was fantastic, from local seafood to slow cooked beef. A really fantastic meal and worth a detour!

We were a Party of six, all of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. It was well presented and delicious.Staff very attentive.We all felt very comfortable and relaxed in the dining room.A very enjoyable experience.

Had a family meal for 9 on Sunday 8 Aug. It was one of the best meals we had for a long time. Every one of our party could not fault the food or the service and cost. Well worth the journey from Beauty and Inverness.
