Amazing food and really friendly staff, we were staying in thurso for 13 nights, on the second night we came across the upper deck and went back for 10 consecutive nights!!, thats how good it was, wide variety of food available, i personally recommend the fillet steak, truly cooked to perfection every time, made my work trip that more enjoyable...

The food was lovely and quite well priced for such quality. The decor and atmosphere was lovely. Linda was my server and she was excellent.

The place looks amazing on the inside and the food are good too at the right price. Only let down by the lack of seafood choice on the manu even though it is by the harbour.However I do still recommend as the staff are friendly and very wellcoming even though we have dogs with us!

Went here twice. Food amazing. The staff member who served us on the Wednesday lunchtime couldn't have been nicer, nothing was too much trouble. The young girl who served us on Friday evening wasn't quite as welcoming. She was polite enough but sounded bored and sighed everyone she asked if we wanted anything. It was towards the end of her shift but no excuse when you are in a customer facing role. Other than that though would highly recommend.

Now I used to visit this restaurant regularly in 1982, 83 and 1984 when I lived in Thurso.Back then it’s was the best place to go for a legendary succulent steak.Can’t comment on what it’s like now.So I guess it’s time to get my touring shoes on and see what it’s like these days.

We have eaten here twice and both times have left disappointed. The steaks are overpriced and the menu now is so limited.My family are from the local area and do not recommend this place. Which is a real shame as it could be really good.Staff were good. Just expected more of a seafood choice being that we are opposite Scrabster fishing docks.

Food was quite good , we had the scallops and black pudding for starters, very simple, served with balsamic glaze, huge serving of the prawn salad ( prawns here are what we call shrimps back home) the halibut was very well cooked, a generous sized Prawn aioli pasta !

The food was very good. Not sure if the sirloin steak was value for money but it and the breaded haddock were good eating
