Didn’t deliver my pizza i ordered, had a “wire” string in my chips and they also tasted like they had been warmed up in a microwave wouldn’t recommend, tried calling 10+ times and no answer

Ordered a meal from this place and not too long after receives a text to say it was on the way. This was at 01:29am. At 3 am I checked just eat and it was showing as delivered. I had just arrived in Inverness that day and had no food in. I ws reading a book and had no telly on. So I’d have heard the door. I called to query at the place next day and driver called back. He said he was manually chapping on my door then tried calling me. I knew he was lying/mistaken as it’s not possible to chap the door without getting in building, so I mentioned this and he changes his story to ‘ringing buzzer’ from chapping door. Worst of all was his manner. Totally arrogant and unapologetic. If he did try to deliver it it was to the wrong property. His claims the buzzer didn’t work 3 times are laughable and there was no missed calls. He claims the calls go through just eat, but there would still be a missed call from them. I’mOut of pocket and for no food. Would not recommend and wish I’d paid more attention to their bad reviews. He claimed to know this flat which is possible as it’s a holiday let and tourists use takeout but he certainly didn’t deliver my food! As I say, The attitude was the worst thing. Offering to bring the food the next day or a refund woukd have been fine.

Wonderful fresh food with plenty of flavour and really nice staff. 10/10 would recommend

Probably best not to order delivery. Delivery took over 1.5hrs. Driver dropped it and ran, no apology for being late.The kebabs tasted ok but were delivered cold. There was no sauce on the kebabs as ordered although I did get the extra pot of chilli sauce I ordered but it wasn't that great. The big let down was the calzone pizza - too much cheese and lumps of uncooked pizza dough made for a pretty unappetising experience.Might just have been a busy night but not sure I'll be ordering from here again.

Love this place, never had issues. Always good quality when you go in yourself and nice service. Had delivery once and not quite as good as when you're in the shop but can't complain as it was a busy Friday! Still came on time, tasty and my friends from edinburgh rated the kebab over anythign they'd had there so winner all around. Recommend the Hoagie as they are always good but any of the Kebabs are good too. Never been dissapointed. The lady that serves is lovely too, polite and friendly. Teşekkürler

Amazing food really tasty and fresh they had a slight blip as the forgot my drink but they delivered straight away they are the best place in Inverness for kebab absolutely amazing munchie box

Nice food quite reasonable. Not an ideal place to sit and eat with your family but yes for takeaway I would say its good.

Wondering around Inverness on my birthday, torn between pizza and kebab, stumbled upon this place and discovered their doner kebab calzone, which was delicious! A wonderful mix of both, with doner meat inside and topped with basically a margherita pizza; fantastic. The kids were fascinated (in a good way!) by their deep fried battered burgers.Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our requirements (dairy free for one), as well as patient in our indecision while choosing.There isn't much seating in the shop, and it was all full when we went (popular place); I can highly recommend the benches outside the front of the castle overlooking the river as a nearby spot to enjoy your food.Visited 1st Sept 2021.

We have had garlic pizza bread the past 3 night....honestly the food is perfect and great service from delivery drivers. Thanks

If you've had a long night on the booze and you fancy a seat and some good food this is the place.We ordered the Topkapi special and it was very decent. Good quality bbq chicken and kofta kebab with marinaded red chicken and a bit of donner. Is there a better thing at 130am??OK so it's not extravagant or fancy but the meat is cooked to perfection.
