Very nice place to go for a morning coffee, also had warm chocolate brownie, would recommend.

What a brilliant lunch we had, fresh local food, good staff and delicious meal, so refreshing up here! As we tend to struggle with getting everything right!

Good quality food, reasonably priced in very comfortable and elegant surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient at their work. Highly recommend a visit - we will be returning.

Cosy spot for a country hotel! Fantastic fly fishing community. Reading the lower ratings. I think when it comes to the service the waiting staff are young and its more a confidence boost thats required! All are attentive but I can understand that they may see challenges when a customer may be more “difficult”. Either way this hotel has a strong customer base for fly fishing and the non fly fishing clientele may need to be more open to this when stopping here. We enjoyed our stay and the conversations with the locals and fly fishers staying at the hotel.

We went out for a family meal for my daughter's birthday and the food was excellent as usual, with a nice, varied menu. The only thing stopping me giving five stars was that one of our party seemed to be forgotten about when the mains were served and the waiting staff didn't seem too concerned when we pointed this out to them. Seven adults sitting eating while the eighth has to wait another ten minutes for their food to be prepared is far from ideal.

Falconers Annual Meal. First since Covid hit UK. Lovely time, fabulous food and service. Was a nice evening for the group to see friends they hadn't seen for a few years. Must mention the chefs and waiting staff. Well done, you guys made a special evening very special. See you next year.

The food here was delicious and the waitress was very accommodating, even when we booked the table.woth short notice. It was so good we came back the day after and had the exact same again!

Went for an evening meal. Service was very pleasant and welcoming. Food was nicely presented, tasty and good sized portions. Good value for money & a pleasant atmosphere. We will go back again in the very near future to try out more on the menu.
