Very quiet night, only 3 other tables in and all had ordered by time we sat down. ordered 2 pizzas the same kind but vastly different amount of toppings. Had to remind the waitress about our sides which were quickly chucked on and undercooked to the point of being inedible, watched the girl pour the almost raw chips from the fryer basket to the bowl, no attempt to drain them and no seasoning of salt and rosemary as advertised, they were dripping wet with boiling oil yet uncooked. Pointed out to manager who just made a joke and said I'll take that chip off your shoulder. Shame as last time it was good and service was great, won't be a next time.

Visited zizzi in inverness today and a shambles would be an understatement! Firstly before getting seated we waited a while, the girl behind the bar did not even acknowledge us standing waiting. A simple hello someone will be with you shortly. When approached by what I assumed to be the manager the first thing to be said was “put on your mask” when he did not have one on with no lanyard to show he was exempt. All staff had masks covering there chin no mouth or nose covered. When seated took around 15 minutes to take the drinks order, asked for a pint of fresh orange and lemonade and i was given it in what looked to be a small kids glass. Then waited a further 15 minutes for food order to be placed due to the front of house to busy lighting candles and chatting to other staff on there break. Got the starters they were good but left me with the same cutlery to eat the main dish. I Ordered chicken milinase but was given a super spicy chicken and tomato dish that burnt the lining of my mouth. Trying to get a staff members attention to highlight the error was next to impossible. Look to the left an one was admiring the ceiling look to the right another sitting having a gab with another staff. Eventually after waving someone down to get the bill and asking if the dish was the chicken milinase the reply was no but i will deduct it from the bill…no apology or offer of the correct dish. Some training wouldnt go amiss. A simple check back on the table to ask if everything is ok would prevent these small errors from happening. I can understand these small mistakes when the restaurant is busy but not when there was only 3 tables in.

Staffing issues meant a fairly long wait but these folk work really hard and are very friendly and apologetic for wait times. There was a sign up to say pre bookings only for a table. (Saturday lunch time)Starter (the sharer) was okay, calamari wasn't great.Main course of pizza was good.Toilets are unfortunately in poor state of repair and not clean. There were no soap dispensers.Hand sanitiser bottle in the corridor back towards the restaurant was empty.I've been a fairly regular visitor here - it's a great location - but I'm not sure I'll be rushing back.

Great location with good views over the river. Sadly on this occasion the food did not live up to the surroundings. Arrancini still frozen in the centre and cold, raw potato dish accompanying the main course. ☹️

That feeling of being ignored when you enter an establishment. Yeah that.3, if not 4, members of staff looked at us but left us waiting at the door.Food was decent and a good amount of it.At the end of the night the staff were too busy speaking to each other to worry about actually letting me get the bill.Quite disappointed in the waiting staff if I'm being honestThere are plenty of other restaurants in Inverness that will get my money next time.

The food was delicious, very generous portions, and came incredibly quickly! The staff were super helpful, and very accommodating for when we wanted to sit outside. Duncan was such a lovely lad, and provided excellent service. We will definitely be back!!

Very fast delivery of the food from the minute you order it. Didn't have to wait long. Starters were served very quickly and tasted very good and then the pasta and pizza followed and that too was well made and had very good taste.

Great gluten free options, the food was delicious! The pizza I had was great, gluten free dough isn't easy to cook right, but it was super. The staff were all very friendly, and service was timely. Clean tables. The allergen menu is brilliant as you can look through the dishes to see what you can have or not have.I have only given 4 stars, as the restaurant needs to replace the missing blinds, the heat was unbearable sitting in the full glare of the sun. (No other tables were available as we would of asked to be seated elsewhere if there were.) My partner was so hot he couldn't wait to leave.

Freshly baked Italian pizza, nice view by the river, big space suitable for any occasion (family, group of friends, or a couple). I love the cobonara spagetti and garlic king prawn (starter).

Great food and service - they were so busy, but kept all rolling on! The only thing I'd say is for the people queing outside; they should be acknowledged... staff should come out and say thank you for waiting we will be with you as soon as possible... just an observation as watching from my table. Lovely visit.PS. Vegan salad option, please!!!!!!!
