Although not closed until 4.30pm they were well cleared up when we popped in at 3.15. There wasn't much choice cake-wise, opted for a cherry scone which although tasty was almost impossible to eat as it fell apart, ended up with a pile of crumbs and cherries ☹️. Baked potato arrived quickly, was hot and had plenty of filling😀

We called in after visiting Brodie castle. We had Moray firth scampi and chips peas / potato & leek soup. The food was hot and tasty. Well worth the money. Friendly staff.

Nice place to stop by, great food, nice products, food, clothes and home accessories - not cheap though. I am coming there a few times a year! Nice for a change

Relatively expensive food offering and a very meandering walk to the cafe through all the retail bits (which is obviously in purpose 😜), but perfectly adequate. Retail was useful for last minute gifts in the food/deli section. The rest just looked out of our price range 😂

Great stop on our road trip. Food and ambiance 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 - great selection for the shoppers as well. Home decor and apparel is available.

Always stop here on the way up north to visit the family home. The food never disappoints. A varied menu, very pleasant surroundings, and friendly staff. Service is quick, even when the place is full (which it normally is). Covid has changed the atmosphere a bit, but still nice. The surrounding shop is also always lovely to walk around, albeit a bit on the pricier side. Worth a stop for sure.

We had an amazing afternoon tea in the restaurant. One of the best I've had. Sumptuous and very tasty. Enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day for breakfast. Equally enjoyable. Browsed through the shop with quality products. Bought a beautiful Joules jacket and a Guillot one for a present for my daughter-in-law's birthday. Fitted her perfectly and she is delighted with it.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice as it’s so open, bright and clean. The food didn’t take too long to get to our table. It was a bit pricey for the ciabatta as it was £9ish, however we shared between two and could tell it was high quality. Will look forward to going back! The food section is our favourite part of the shop which has a nice range of baked goods - we thought products would be expensive but were surprised that they were reasonably priced! They have unique chocolate products that would make nice gifts. The shop has a nice Scottish tourist section too!
