China Munchy Box in Moray

Food was really nice. Portion size were really good.Edited. Dropped from 5 star to 3 starOrdered food tonight 19 Oct 2019. Was told the usual would be delivered within the hour.75mins on so call up to be told food is on its way and will be with you soon.30 mins later call up to find out where food is and get told drivers car broke down and othe driver is out to collect and deliver food, ok understandable people's cars break down but would have been good to get a courtesy call to be told this.

Avoid. Frozen mush for spring rolls. Prawn toast made with chicken and the salt and pepper chicken was so hard and dry. Special fried rice tasteless. Contacted to complain but ignored. Food was put in the bin. Waste of money and very poor quality.

missing items took over a hour and 20 minutes to arrive and was all cold they wouldn't give refund and had to order it twice because they had a problem with the app and never charge me for delivery and they expected that to be my problem when is these website that had the problem if I was to recommend it wouldn't be this place not as good ad used to be as customer service it terrible.

Delivery time as said and high quality meals will order again

The munchy box is not value for money, you get tiny portions of each item you choose. Even less if you get the bigger options because the box size does not change. It's just a marketing scam stick with single items.

I ordered at 18:00 and was estimated a 18:55 to 19:15 delivery. I called at 20:15 and they claimed they had knocked on the door and no one answered, which i know was false as I had been sitting in the front room with view of the front door. I then had to wait over 45 mins for it to be re-delivered meaning I had to wait 3 hours for my order. When it finally arrived it was just warm and not very tasty. Really disappointing and will not be ordering again!

Put in order at 18:20 and still waiting time now is 20:31. Tried phoning now reply. Food is good but waiting time ridiculous

Just ordered from china munch box ,Though we would have a treat as we are on holiday from south england.Food arrived at a good time from ordering.Missing one item Mongolian pork dish .Called up and had it delivered, what a lovely lad who delivered missing dish. We also questioned him about the sesame prawn toast showing him we thought it looked like chicken and tasted like chicken ...apparently he doesn't eat Chinese ,but said it didnt look like right haha .will not use this Chinese again

I always enjoyed ordering here but I actually think the quality of the food improved a lot since the owners changed recently. Never had a bad experience either. Very happy customer. :)Would have loved to give a good review on Just Eat but I always order through the website directly, so can only do it here.

Pretty mediocre. Got a 6 piece munchy box with a variety of salt and pepper starters and a satay with special fried rice. Could've done with a lot more salt and pepper seasoning as I couldn't even taste it. Satay sauce could've been nice but it was way too sweet
