First visit ..lovely light breakfast.Spotless cafe...wish we could have stayed for the amazing cakes that arrived.

Very nice place, stopped for coffee and a bite on a wee run out and had a pleasant welcome and decent scones.

We had a lovely lunch last week. Plenty to choose from on the specials board as well as the normal menu. Cullen Skink is very popular and definitely worth trying. Prompt service and very reasonably priced. Thanks ⚘

Tried here today for first time i must say the paninis are amazing full of flavour good amount of filling and the soup is outta this world it has so much flavour again cant wait to try other things from here staff were nice and polite and owners is lovley aswell highly recommended

Came upon the Boat & Barn by chance and so glad we did. A lovely little, local cafe that serves great homemade food. The Cullen skink soup I had was one of the very best I've ever tasted (and I've had a lot!!). The mushroom soup was very good as well. The sandwiches we had with the soups were packed with filling and delicious. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone passing through Keith. Well worth the 5 🌟

Had lunch here. Service first class. Excellent menu. Wonderful fresh food available. Great portions.Filter coffee was amazing.Staff very helpful, friendly and attentive.First visit but well worth a return.

Fabulous breakfast...earned after our swim! Totally delicious...then fresh scones out of the oven for a takeaway for later! Lovely friendly staff and very clean and pretty tables. Thanks to Susan at the swimming pool for recommending it 😀.
