A little bit overpriced and food average but the dessert minty mayhem was amazing

Very friendly atmosphere, warm and welcoming. Stewart is an accomplished chef. We were a party of four and all ordered the seafood tagliatelle...." 👌

Not great at all.Food was poor bordering on unedible, crab was poorly presented and looked like it had been microwaved.Seafood tagliatelle was flavourless, no sauce and the parmesan that accompanied the meal was pre grated from a packet and was off or at least it smelled foosty..Over priced for what was received and won't be going back.

We went here for lunch, because the golf club in Grantown was doing no catering that day. Serendipity! I see that several reviewers have mentioned the seafood tagliatelle- no one is overstating how good this is, the best I have ever tasted Bar none. It is fantastic. The ambience on arrival is a bit underwhelming, but don't be put off, it's all about the food.

Absolutely fantastic, staff, atmosphere, menu, food all awesome! I have never had such a beautiful meal for a long long time!! Pity we don't stay here or i'd definitely be a regular!

A wee gem of a place. So welcoming staff and lovely decor. It was probably the best seafood tagliatelle I have every tasted and I’ve had a few. It was packed full with seafood and delicious. The seafood chowder starter was the same. The homemade chicken had a massive proportion of chicken and tasted delicious. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in Granton.

Had best lunch ever today, I'm a mobility scooter user and the staff couldn't do enough to make sure I was comfortable. Seafood chowder was even better than I'd hoped, Thai crab cakes were the best ever tasted! Lovely day in Grantown, this bistro is a gem, go discover it but leave room for me!

An interesting mix of Scottish, Thai and specials on the menu. Was super impressed with the size of the prawns...until they were eaten. Frozen prawns where one turned to mush and couldn’t be eaten. Buy fresh and get smaller ones if that was the reason to buy frozen. The restaurant felt like it was cutting corners at every opportunity. The crab special was padded out with prawns and sauce, very little crab. We were advised by some locals to avoid the steak as it’s frozen, so opted for the specials. Horrendously disappointing for the price. We would have had a second drink but no one came to offer, so we decided to skip pudding and ask for the bill when server finally came.

We came here for dinner and had the Rump of Highland beef and the Seafood tagliatelli. The Highland beef was especially good. Definitely a solid place.
