Kfc in Moray

Absolutely lovely meal. Nice clean restaurant. Did not have to wait very long at all. We'll worth a visit.

Went through the drive through at lunchtime not especially fast for fast food but at least it will be hot and tasty.How wrong I was very dry and the seasoning was bland?I don't get this I have had a million kfcs ad the one constant is the delicious coating, but not in Elgin.What made it worse was the fact that my partner took me through as part of a treat for my 60th Birthday.Not a patch on Inverness.I

In a 3metre motorhome so couldn’t fit in the drive through, told restaurant was closed and drive through only, walked round to drive through window and told I had to be in a vehicle, you couldn’t make it up 🤣🤣🤣 just lost a customer for life

Very poor quality food. The wraps had grey looking chicken and a strange smell, the wraps were dry and hard and flaked apart. Used to be a mini fillet in snack wraps but looked trimmed like a fish finger in size now. Chips were Luke warm. I will not eat here again as it’s appalling service and the food is disgusting.

Used the Drive Thru and was quite busy but moved fast enough for us. Food was quick and piping hot. KFC is one of our favourite and always delivers on taste. Order was correct and at a good price for very tasty food

Can't give 0 unfortunately, twice now we have been to be told they won't make any more Gravy as it takes 20 minutes, understandable if they're close to close but this was a good 2 hours before closing. Then having to wait 20 minutes whilst the staff were faffing around and talking instead of boxing orders because the chefs weren't cooking in time, all while watching 5 drive thru orders waiting to be done too. A serious look into this by head office has to be done as management clearly cannot do thier job. At least they processed my refund for me.

Waited 30 minutes for food in a fast food restaurant! Wrong size drink supplied, fries missing. Absolute shambles of an operation.

All ready on reduced hours compared to the rest of the country and still can't open on time, 5 minutes after they should have been opened a staff member came to the door and said they were running g late and wouldn't open for at least another 45 minutes,no wonder the place looks empty whenever I drive passed.

Very friendly staff, super helpful. They seem overworked though also the design of the bathrooms is such that the floor gets wet and there's already 0 grip so you will fall if you're not careful. On the bright side the chairs glide along the floors perfectly with no resistance.

Drive through only when we went. Rice had to be heated up so they brought the food out to the car. Standard very good quality.
