Really helpful young man assisted me with order, sorting out vegan options. The machine jammed with the order number ticket. He helped with that too. McPlanter is very welcome to their menu.

Very busy at the time visited but we'll organised. Immediately we sat down, our order was brought to our table. Must commend the lady that was cleaning that evening. Fab experience

Food has not been the best the past few times I have had it also most times it is barely luke warm. THE portion sizes of the mcflurries are less and less each time also. Barely get half the tub which is disappointing compared to what you used to get and not really wanting to approach staff as many have had sour faces.

Though the food itself was pretty basic. I was greeted with a fantastic assistant named Logan Shade. He was a massive help by being friendly, patient and had very quick service to clean up our rubbish. Him alone brought my experience from 2 stars to 5 stars

I dread to think what my experience would have been like without one fantastic employee , Logan shade.This master of the serving arts and culinary king ,both made and served my fries with class and a high standard of professionalism. This god amongst men transformed the dank interior into one of joyous glory merely with the kind glow that his pearly white smile radiated across the room.This man alone holds the crumbling fort that is the Elgin McDonald’s on his chiselled back, and he does it with ease. I beg you to give this place a visit , if only too see this pinnacle of the masculine form. Ignore the big Mack and just ask for a tasty slice of Logan Robert Shade ! The man myth!

As an elite member of the Elgin McDonald’s club (EMDC) I was perplexed by the level of work that one individual Logan Shade. Truly lifted my standards and opened my third eye. I find it hard to find such a truly brilliant soul alas here he is, standing in front of me with my McChicken, fries and large coke. Although the food was below standard this one man boosted my experience and really made me feel at home. He is the pinnacle of masculinity. His muscles bulging through his shirt, ripping at the seams. His presence is enough to make me weak at the knees. The aura from this man is exquisite, almost frightening. The only thing stopping me from putting 5 stars is the fact that he refuses to come to Aberdeen on Saturday the 8th of January. Rather disappointing…

I was going to give this 3 stars, but the food in McDonald’s is wonderful! Everything tastes so good and everything. There is one problem though and it’s the way they pack the food. One time I ordered from McDonald’s only to find my chips scattered all over the rest of my food. I can understand you need to have the food ready in a split second, but please pack the food more neatly instead of throwing everything in the bag. Other than that, McDonald’s is a great place 👍

My mum enjoyed her chilli chicken wrap, but the only thing they have suitable for vegans is a salad bowl, which is pretty disappointing in this day and age. Service was fast+comfortable chairs though.

Really clean and the staff were friendly and happily engaged in conversation with several of or party. Food was quickly brought to the table and was hot and fresh.

Don't go when busy as obviously can't handle it. Went to collect and serve. Went home to eat no fries. Went back. Couldn't get into car park so had to park down the street. When got fries and got home there was no salt on the fries and I had one bit of chicken in my wrap. Which was cold by the time I had got home.
