Pino Pizza in Moray

Fantastic customer service! Turned a huge order around as quickly as possible and got the pizzas to us ahead of time. Delicious pizzas too! From Outfit Moray, Lossiemouth

Great pizza, friendly staff and good value for money.

Kebabs were different but good. The nan Bread etc is cut up into little pieces and the meat is layered in sauce. Like I said good, but different.

Waited 1 and a half hours to find our food hadn't even started cooking, as we hadn't selected "extra delivery" as an option (we live 10 min drive from the place)...apparently this is a common issue with first time patrons...well it's also our last...the guy wouldn't let us get a word in, kept talking over us and telling us he was "giving us the benefit of the doubt" so we were expected to pay a delivery charge, and then another delivery charge on top of that to drive 10 mins down the road??? and wait for the food to be cooked after waiting 1h 30 min already??? What a joke of a business model! We normally order from Clocktower, which is 20 minutes drive and they charge a standard delivery charge and get the food to me hot and within 30 min.

First time ordering from here, food was delicious, arrived hot, delivery driver so very polite. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Ordered dishes for delivery and was over 2 hour wait for food, thinking it was just a one off I ordered again and lo and behold the order was yet again over 2 hours , you can't phone the place to ask where your food is as they take the phone off the hook , looking at reviews on justeat etc it's been like this for a long time so why can't they review their system?????!!

This place with out a doubt the best pizza and kebab shop in lossiemouth. The pizza guy with marouane fellaini hair makes his pizzas with nothing but love as is the kebabs. Im not going to lie the prices in all takeaways in lossiemouth are ridiculously high, but this is the best cooked food for pizzas and kebabs in lossiemouth. The prices in lossiemouth need reviewing in all of them as they are so highly priced

Loved Pinos for a long time but recently the service has been absolutely awful. Deliveries have been over an hour late and when I try to call the restaurant to ask what's going on, nobody answers the phone. The food has went downhill since 2012/13 but its still above average. The staff in the kitchen need a kick up the backside and deliveries need to be more efficient

Kebabs and chips are quality. Other half loves the pastas. Ordering in shop is quicker than ordering online and going to pick up. They are often very busy. Still worth the wait though.

If you've never tried Chicken Dinner Bursa give it a go. Love this place and have done for nearly 20 years. The Bursa is unbeatable, so much so I take them home and freeze them now I live in England. The rest of the food is good and very good value all round.
