Didn't receive my order very rude wouldn't buy again

Got pizza from elginWas tastless and burned ! Won't be going back

Lazy staff that can't be bothered cooking items that are on the menu so they just say they have ran out! That excuse only works once not 3 times 😂. If you don't want to serve food after 8 close your just eat profile. If you do get food it's oily pasta with minimal ingredients and reheated soggy chips. Now £3 more 😂😂😂😂

I don't want it not nice, but a rubber pizza, dough not crunchy, I honestly do not recommend it, unless someone likes it, not for me

Orderd tonight, pizza arrived cold and scraggy looking didn’t taste nice (Lossiemouth pino far better) wouldn’t recommend elgin one won’t be ordering again

Took afew pictures of my food but wont let me post it, Worst takeout ever, my Calzone was burnt black and the chips were so over cooked that they were rock solid, not ordered from there for afew months now but thought I give it another try to see if things have improved... nope even worse than last time, my own fault really, Stay away from there.

I love my chicken bursa from LOSSIE Pinos! When I ordered the same food in Elgin I thought what a disappointment and I wish I drove to Lossie for it instead. Chicken was burned, hard, the sauce tasted off and the salad was not a salad. Pizza was overcooked and dry go to kebab house for pizza. And for me to select collection for 18:00pm and had to wait another 20min while being ignored for 5 mins before someone actually said something. I was in shock. Poor service and terrible food. Need to up your game guys and take a lesson from Lossie Pinos.

Very burnt and dry kebab. Watery cheese on chips. Also 10 mins late to arrive.

We had pepperoni pizza and chicken kebab on Saturday after night out , dough wasn't fresh or left long time out fridge and chicken kebab was smelling horrible. They think we are drunk and we don't smell or don't understand about food. Shame.. if you want to eat a good food this is not your place. Not recommended.

Exceptionally wrong for a business personal to reach out to individuals personally because "They know the address" to send pictures of food going in the bin because they couldn't cater to the order. Not bothered about having to cancel the order. More concerned about the behaviour of staff texting customers. Might be one to watch.
