This is a lovely welcoming spot. Very busy when we visited, but the very pleasant owner accommodated us and we were not disappointed. The young lad who was waiting table was first class. Might be better to book.

Great little place and staff really lovely. Food was delicious and great value. I had soup and quiche - all homemade and very tasty. Also had a slice of cake which was a generous size and full of flavour and moist. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely appalling customer service, as we arrived we were greeted by a woman just standing there with a disgusting look on her face at us leading on to very little effort to ensure we enjoyed our visit and would push past as she walked past our table leading to her practically just dropping our food plates on the table. Food was average, nothing great but I wasn't exactly expecting anything different with the customer service

Nice place with lovely staff. Plenty of snack and small meal options. Various cakes. Better to book to be on the safe side.

Stopped for lunch here when visiting my brother. Sat outside first time with 3 dogs and they received treats and lots of attention. Had the quiche of the day and it was delicious. Plus a cake and tea. Lovely service and great value for money. So good, we went back the next day and sat inside - left the dogs with my brother.

Went here with some others from a walking group. Lovely welcome from Anya. We had lattes, coffee cake and carrot cake. Cakes were a wee bit dry but good size portions. We sat outside on benches as it was such a lovely day.

Fab little space outside or quirky inside train carriage . Very friendly staff, home made cakes ..and huge portions of sandwiches and salads

Visited today (without a booking) and had a lovely lunch. Tomato and sweet pepper soup was so good and everything else was lovely too. Very pleasant, friendly staff and very quick service. Had to take away a piece of gluten free chocolate cake for later as couldn't manage after our soup and sandwich which was also delicious. We will certainly be back. 🙂
