My partner went to the drive through yesterday and ordered me a white chocolate mocha.. He got handed a white chocolate frappuco and the lasy argued it was the right thing.. Disgusting 🤢 and cost a fortune for cold milk with vegan cream on top.. Got poured down the sink.. Very disappointed Even when told it was the wrong thing they didn't change it... Won't be back

Friendly and engaging stagf, good drinks, OK wait time, no disabled access due to front step but auto-opening door when button is pushed

Outside seating, when the sun is out, it's lovely, but as an old building, it has NO Wheelchair access.

Nice little coffee place. Shame you don't heat up certain foods anymore due to h&s. Won't eat them if not warm. Found staff quite rude when I said I didn't want it because they wouldn't heat it.

A good place to get a coffee if you are on foot. Not easy to find parking, is the city centre and the parking was closed due to social distancing. Not the best starbucks, but was ok. Toilets were so so... The coffee shop is in an old building.

Much improved recently! I've not been here in a while, as it had gotten tired looking inside, and the last couple of times I'd been, the service was extremely slow.Happy to say that it's looking good, there's been some refurbishment, better atmosphere now, and the staff seem happier. Much faster and better service, and a good amount of choice on offer.I'm now far more likely to stop here in rotation with the other good coffee shops in town!
