Tannochbrae Restaurant in Moray

A very nice weekend stay during our whiskey tours. The rooms were clean, breakfast and dinner perfect and not to forget a very friendly couple made it even more pleasant to stay and visit them again. Thank you for this nice weekend!

We stayed here for The Dramathon running event. It was a comfortable room with a nice big shower (perfect for after a long run!) and the breakfast choices were great! I particularly enjoyed the creamy scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.

We showed up without a reservation in mid November, they had a room available. It was a great little place. The whisky bar was well stocked and a perfect little nook for a drink. The breakfast was amazing as and the owners were perfectly friendly but not in your space. Loved it and look forward to returning.

Amazing place! Felt like were home with family! Food was so amazing! Don’t even start me on the Drams! Thank you for helping to make our honeymoon fabulous!

Tannochbrae is a great little B&B located right in Dufftown. The rooms are a bit on the small side but very nice and well kept. Parking is all on the street but it is a small town so we were always able to park right in front of the B&B. We have only taken advantage of the bar so far but there is a very good selection of local scotches and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with everything at Tonnachbrae and would recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in Dufftown.

The best accommodation in Dufftown. The restaurant serves good food, but is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for time being. Tannochbrae is popular, so book in advance.

We did not stay here but had dinner one night. The food was exceptional (we both had the steak). The whole experience was intiment, and very romantic without feeling too stuffy. They have a room full of Scotch...so plenty of local drams to try. The staff was warm from moment we walked in until it was time to leave, and we more than enjoyed the small talk about where we have been/from and about the local area. Highly recommended.

A bit stuffy / rules-y for my tastes, but I had a great weekend here with friends. The whisky bar is fantastic and the adjacent sitting room makes for the perfect place to enjoy a dram.

+ great host+ nice atmosphere (open fire, lounge, nice pictures)+ delicious food (incl. breakfast)+ whisky bar (wide selection of malts, a little bit expensive)+ clean and nice roomsi can highly recommend this guesthouse. it was the best location we've been to in scottland. special: order the "whisky bean toast" for breakfast and you'll see ;)
