Staff are polite and the food is very reasonably priced. We have been a few times and have never been disappointed.

Worst pancakes I’ve ever had. Went for the Rocky Road pancake stack the pancakes tasted as if they were bought in tescos and microwaved before being served with a disgusting chocolate sauce. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Huge quantity and lovely selection. However some of the young staff weren't very good. No idea which pancakes they were bringing and didn't come back to confirm. 1 milkshake had no flavour and waited 10 mins had to ask the young girl again as she forgot. Toilets needs sorted, outdated and dirty. Which is a shame as food was nice

I was after breakfast and my better half wanted pancakes so no better choice than Pancake Place. The facilities are OK, starting to show its age a bit but, the food is spot on and the staff are great. This was my second visit.Thank you Pancake Place.

I am not in the habit of giving 5 stars as I believe that should only be awarded to a business that has that little something extra. The Pancake Place in Elgin is one such place. At first it doesn't seem like much being long and narrow so when you enter, there are seats only on 1 side. Then a little way in, on the left, is the service area followed by the toilets, including an accessible toilet. Then after that an area of seating both sides. There is different styles of seating allowing for seating to be removed for wheelchair users. We have been here several times now and each time both the food and drinks have been excellent. I am not one for having fish away from home, I like my fish very fresh, but when I saw the sign up saying the fish is delivered daily from Mairs of Buckie, I knew the fish had to be fresh, and it was.So all good, and the place comes highly recommended. But what makes it that little bit special? It's the staff. They simply could not do enough. Even when I explained my walking problems I was told to phone ahead anytime I was coming and they would keep a front table for me. No questions asked. They have my utmost respect, we all know how some will treat employees, yet everyone here keeps a happy face and a helpful hand. 5 stars well deserved.

It is in the middle of the precinct in Elgin and from the outside, to be fair, it doesn't really look like much. A table with a couple seats outside, window and door. But inside it stretches on back for a fair distance so can seat a deceptively large number of people. Near the front there are a couple tables on the left then a long row of tables on the right stretching all the way to the back on the left after the tables is the servery then the toilets, including a properly laid out accessible toilet, then more tables. Now the food. We have yet to be served anything to complain about. We have tried different items on different visits and it has always been good and hot through to the middle. The latte and coffee is lovely and the bairn has tried different soft drinks and never complained, and she is fussy! So it comes highly recommended.I would say if you are ambulant disabled and struggle with walking you can phone and ask for a table near the front to be kept for your arrival time the staff are very very helpful a d get top marks!

Really mediocre breakfast and that's being kind. Don't understand how a pancake place can have "maple flavoured" syrup and not actual maple syrup. It's pure corn syrup here, which is a cost saving measure. This philosophy carries over to everything else on the menu. Flabby bacon like you'd get at a hotel buffet, generic black pudding. Beans obviously out of a can. Amazing anyone gave this 5 stars.

Really friendly staff, menu selection was good. My sister and I had blueberry pancakes and my mum have Full breakfast with pancakes. Also great selection of beverages available.

🥞🥤Tucked away in a little mall this delightful pancake parlour was a delicious lunch stop. I can highly recommend the pancake stack called the 'Nutty One' but I would suggest it's better shared as it's huge!! Our waitress, Tember, was delightful ☺️🥞

It was a really great experience at the Pancake Place. Looks small from the outside, but there's plenty of tables in the inside. It has a lot of booths and it feels like an American Diner. Very cosy, staff very friendly. The pancakes are AMAZING. However, I give it four stars because the coffee was not very good, nor the onion soup. Go for the tea and the pancakes!
