Busta House in Shetland Islands

Busta Hotel was wonderful 👏 lovely friendly staff incredibly comfortable rooms in the most beautiful location. The breakfast and dinners were scrumptious and I couldn't recommend this hotel more. To top it all Shetland was utterly stunning and I can't wait to return 😍. Thank you Busta 😊

Quirky rooms with heeps of romance & staff are brilliant. The Steak pie was outstanding.

A lovely building with a lot of history. Great food at both dinner and breakfast, service was great, staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms need a bit of a refresh, but not bad. Just could do with an update.

Old world charm, attentive staff, couldn't fault the service or the food. Slightly pricey but all in all a good experience.

The negative - parts of the hotel are a bit tired, though some refurbishment is being done, no lifts / elevators and it is a bit remote and a hire car or similar is probably required if staying there. . The pluses - just about everything else. Nice big comfortable lounge. Generous portions of good food at breakfast and dinner. ample parking. Good packed lunches if required. Friendly and helpful staff. Good base for all activities in Shetland - birdwatching , walking etc.

Fabulous overnight stay as locals for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. Friendly welcoming staff, great food & service. We stayed in the Fair Isle room - very spacious and comfortable with lovely views.Highly recommend staying here or going for food, we will be back a good few times yet.Thank YouMarie & Brian

Lovely stay here for 2 nights. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Room was a bit dated but they were decorating. Food excellent. Would recommend.

Fantastic service from very attentive staff. Very quick and very efficient from ordering drinks and food to delivery to our table. At the end of the car park there is a path which you can take your car down for disabled access. Great old house oozing character. Would go back again. But we're off home tomorrow

We had an absolutely delightful lunch here. There was a miscommunication about the doneness of the sirloin but it was immediately rectified. A stellar experience with wonderful service. As an added bonus their brownies were massive 😲 We can definitely see ourselves coming back again
