This Cafe/Restaurant is simply superb. The views are probably the best in Shetland save perhaps Eashness. The food is brilliant and I particularly recommend the Monkfish Tail Scampi, it's amazing!

So far after 3 weeks on Shetland this is by far the best place to eat. Smiling staff, great views and the food is up there as the best I have had so far on the islands... Probably my go to place now and highly recommend...

My favourite Lerwick eatery. Food always amazing, but a special mention to the French toast! Staff are great and always friendly and helpful.

I was fortunate enough to be taken here by a work colleague and was amazed. The views, service and quality of food was 5 stars. Where ever you visit on shetland, this has to be a stop for either breakfast, lunch or dinner, better still, all three. Will definitely return and probably the best fish I have tasted.

Hot chocolate looked great, but I found it to be a little bitter. Food was great, lovely and fresh and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again

Thankfully booked ahead, it was very busy but it has the perfect setting. We were so lucky whilst we were eating to have seen an otter and then a seal in the waters in front of Fjara.Back to the food, considering how busy it was the staff were mostly friendly and helpful.I ate:Starter: Breaded monkfish scampi served with garlic Mayo and a light saladMain: oven baked salmon with an orange and ginger glaze served with seasonal greens, basmati rice and mandarin segments.Dessert: Apple crumble served with Orkney vanilla ice creamThe food was tasty, filling and lovely because it was local. My only critique is that it might be slightly too expensive.

Good food, good atmosphere and good service. Everything we wanted. Staff were very friendly and had our reserved table ready just after we arrived. Food arrived promptly along with our drinks. Overall we really had a nice lunch. Parking outside too. Recommended.
