Lovely food, quick service, friendly staff!

I'm only a lowly American in Shetland on a visit, but HOLY MOLY this is the GREATEST FISH & CHIPS I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Cannot recommend more highly. The fish is so substantial and tastes amazing, and the chips are perfect. So glad I came.

In my opinion - THE BEST fish and chips u can get here on island.

Great chips, lovely haggis, not bad gravy. Definitely better than the other chippy I tried in Lerwick.

It was ... ok. The portions were generous but overall a bit greasier and soggier than one would hope for, even from just a normal chippie. The chicken nuggets were actually meat (not reconstituted) which was nice and the fish itself was tasty enough, hence the 3rd star.Beware, cash only!

Terrific Fish and Chips, always fresh fish (as you'd expect) but beautifully cooked. Only negative is the "cash only" payment method!

my second fish and chips on shetland. very similar but slightly better than frankies, ordered a large fish and chip which is 2 regular size and chips, and the chips were the issue. the quality was "ok" but the portion size was very small. with the caton of peas which as frankies was £2, frankies peas were better, total was over £16, shocked at the price of fish on the island, thought would be more reasonable. give it a try youself if your in lerwick

Great fish and chips. Ate in the cafe after a full day out walking. Superb food, friendly service.
