First, the Portugese waitress is so friendly.The food is bad, unfortunately. It is a restaurant in the Lerwick hotel.For example, the steak was thin, chewy and not as ordered medium rare. It was well done.The venison was so chewy.Salat without any dressing.The chefs duck liver parfait is nor a parfait you may think about. It is minced liver and pretty blunt.
